Charles Austin 2008-01-04 until 2008-01-07	Royal Orchid Sheraton Hotel, Charoenkrung Road, Riverside We chose the Royal orchid for its riverfront location and on our daughter s recommendation. (She and her husband stayed there about 15 years ago.) Although we generally chose smaller and less luxurious hotels for the rest of our 3-week trip, we wanted serious comfort to recover from our long trans-Pacific flight and adjust to local time. The Royal Orchid provided this, and was good value for the money.	Excellent and dependable.

The hotel itself is getting a little thread worn, especially for the price. The new soft mattresses would be nice and the bathroom fixtures need an updating. But the service was great, the internet fast, the view of the river beautiful, and the food was EXCELLENT as well as a touch pricey.n If you can t afford the Oriental or Penninsula but want the river views and great service, this is a good value.	Good as always. Only concern is that I booked two rooms, two people PER ROOM and the way the web site is set up, I actually booked two people total (one per room). Luckily the hotel honored the voucher including breakfast but many would not have honored it without extra charges.
Lombard Christophe 2007-08-20 until 2007-08-24	Royal Orchid Sheraton Hotel, Charoenkrung Road, Riverside Due to overbooking by the hotel, we were moved to the Westin for our first night but the Sheraton then upgraded us to a suite with a beautiful riverview and indeed took excellent care of us. Breakfast looks a bit like an eating factory and is too noisy, but what else can you expect in such a huge hotel? A good choice at a reasonable price.

Well located on River with great views - always something happening. Bed extremely comfortable. Breakfast was excellent	No problems with booking - all was as planned

POIGNONNEC Michel 2007-02-15 until 2007-02-18	Royal Orchid Sheraton Hotel, Charoenkrung Road, Riverside marvelous! this hotel is perfectly located on riverside, all is superb, the breakfast was wonderful, the staff extremely helpful (when you need a taxi for example or...when you lost your money!) all this hotel is very clean and yet you never see every body washing; a great moment in Bangkok, thank you;	no problemo!
