Drinks and food for Bangkok are expensive but you do get what you pay for. This hotel is the best I have ever stayed in and will go back.

Excellent. I made a mistake by booking two seperate nights at two different room grades in the Peninsula. When I noticed my error and told your booking team it was all sorted out for me and I just paid a little extra to upgrade the first night to enable me to stay in the same room. I have booked with Sawadee several times over 3 years and found your price and service first class

By far the best hotel we have ever stayed in. The service and facilities were perfect! And the view from the room was stunning!

Sawadee as usual were fine.

As allways, the Peninsula Hotel never dissapoints! This Hotel has to be the best place to stay in BKK if you want to be right on the river. Easily accesible with the BTS Skytrain. If your after an oasis with incredible service and facilities - Then Look no further. The staff are unbelivably kind and accommodating. Thankyou for a great stay.

Sawadee - Prompt, professional, easy to use and most competitive. Great job!

Highly recommneded although pricey. Very much enjoued our high tea in the lobby! All ammenties supplied and room lovely and very comfortable pillows. Little piece of luxury during our travels. Ferry service to cross the river was very handy and the staff on boat very helpful giving good advice etc. All staff friendly and efficient.

Absolutely wonderful hotel in every respect. Arguably the best in Bangkok. Wonderful suite with great amenities, very friendly and helpful staff. Excellent restaurants. Not for the budget-conscious, but very reasonable when compared to what you would pay for a similar level of hotel in North America or Europe. Would definitely stay there again.

Excellent, problem-free.

First Class Hotel. I stayed there the year it opened and again in April. IT is still one of the class in-city hotels of the world. While the price has doubled in 6 years at $220 inclusive it cannot be beat. The breakfast buffet while high priced by Bangkok standards @ $12 is one of the fimest ones and equal to the best of the Four Season Resort buffet breakfasts.

The rate was competitive with other agents but sometimes did not get answers to questions directed to Nui. I had to email 2 and 3 times before being acknowleged and I was making reservations at 3 Thailand destinations for a total of 14 nights. I would have thought a little more courtesy would have been extended.
