DE BUYER 2007-05-10 until 2007-05-14	Grand Mercure Fortune Bangkok, Ratchadapisek Road Service is what we can await from a Mercure hotel. Decoration and furniture would need to be a bit more up-to-date, but globally this was a convenient and nice stay. (location 20 meters from metro is very convenient as we can escape from Bgk numerous traffic jam)

Convienent 20 min to the new airport and located right next to the MRT underground.	Sawadee - excellent service again ! thank you Kapun Krap
Daniel Zoncape 2007-02-18 until 2007-02-19	Grand Mercure Fortune Bangkok, Ratchadapisek Road Very nice hotel. The people at the reception welcome us very friendly. They gave us a lot us information about the facilities and a plan for the MRT. Swimming pool is very nice friendly staff. We get a lunch for early check out.	I can recommend this service to everybody who wants to visit Thailand. Very easy to use and in case of questions you get direct an answer.
Mr. Diffey 2006-08-23 until 2006-08-25	Grand Mercure Fortune Bangkok, Ratchadapisek Road In our room the carpet was dirty,curtains were torn and the room generally needed a complete renovation. The dining room for breakfast was untidy and messy and after dining once would not return.The hotel should make it known where its main patronage comes from.Going on our experience this is a hotel that is not suitable for europeans.The Staff are excellent.	Excellent.
Chet Domagala 2006-01-17 until 2006-01-19	Grand Mercure Fortune Bangkok, Ratchadapisek Road Overall, the Fortune hotel was a fair value for the money. Staff friendly and efficient, and rooms were clean. Also on the plus side, there is a good internet business center (tho a bit pricey at B500/hr), and Fortune hotel has a good complimentary breakfast, is attached to a large shopping center, and is in easy highway access to the bkk airport. On the minus side, some room fixtures were in dis-repair (broken toilet seat lid) and the room s security safe had a defective battery and would not always operate. Overall, I would recommend this hotel.	Always good!
Robert Murphy 2005-05-22 until 2005-05-25	Best Western Fortune Hotel, Ratchadapisek Road Good quality hotel with friendly staff, located beside a three floor shopping mall. Although well out from the central shopping/tourist areas, this is not a problem as there is a subway station very near the front door. I enjoyed my stay, and could not find any fault.	As always, - efficient and no problems.

Dakota Morris-Terry 2005-05-19 until 2005-05-20	Best Western Fortune Hotel, Ratchadapisek Road the hotel was very nice and adjacent to a mall. we included breakfast in our rate which offered many different items to enjoy and taste. the hotel is undergoing some renovation in the lobby area at this time but it was not a problem. we had a very nice stay there.	the reservation did not go so well. when we arrived i was told i had a reservation for 20May not the 19th as i had reserved. so they allowed us to check on the 19th with the consideration that my companion had a reservation on 20May, so we have paid for 19th twice, for one room. one being paid by my card thru your system and again when we checked out because mine was for the 20th also. due to this problem i wud like to request a refund of my charges.
