YaiYa offers 11 pool villas oa one & two
bedrooms - the so called Sasala and one seafront three bedroom pool
villa - The YaiYa Pavilion. Apart from the villas, the low-rise building
sitting amidst a rich verdancy caters 23 deluxe rooms and 6 suites which
offer an option of room connectivity.
Every deluxe room comes
with an extra spacious verandah, while guest in the villas enjoy an
absolute rejuvenation from the private pool deck.

Sa means a pool while Sala is a pavilion. The Sasala is therefore the pool
villa at Yaiya. The 157 sq.m. Sasala comes with one bedroom, spacious dressing/bathroom
on the lower deck, plus a living Sala on the upper level providing a private
plunge pool, sun deck, tea/coffee making facilities and a bar. Being equipped
with a mosquito net and an electrical fan, our Sala queen-size daybed can
be used to slumber in a cool moonlit night.
