stephen 2009-07-22	Woodlands Resort, Pattaya, North Rd. From check in to check out the staff were friendly and helpful. Our room was down by the smaller pool and was perfect. The buildings and gardens and well maintained and clean, both pools are lovely, plenty of sunbeds at least when we were there, the larger pool is shallow enough to stand in, the smaller pool with the slide is at one end is quite deep surprisingly. Travel to dowtown is easy by baht bus a short walk away as are a few restaurants and bars as well as a small and a larger supermarket plus plenty of money exchanges and a small tee shirt etc market. At breakfast there is a good choice of quality food that was also complmentary for my daughter :) Top marks for the Woodlands resort from us.	Used Sawade many times before and will no doubt use again.

All in all a very nice experience. Once you enter the resort you are away from Pattaya s busy streets and you can relax.	Hassle free service. Everything went qucik and smooth.
John O`Brien 2008-06-17 until 2008-06-21	Woodlands Resort, Pattaya, North Rd. We have stayed at the Woodlands Resort on several occasions and whenever we are in Pattaya allways try to get in here. It is 5 years since we were here last and in that time the hotel has expanded considerably but thankfully the hotel has maintained its standards. It is thoroughly clean the staff are helpful and friendly and the rooms are of excellent standard. For our mind the location is ideal, there is plenty of night life and shopping right on the door step without the overwhelming feeling of South Pattaya which can be reached very quickly by Baht taxi. There are two pools with bars for a relaxing day and also ideal if you have children. EXCELLENT VALUE	We allways use Sawadee.com in Thailand and have never been disappointed, fast and efficient service.
Glyn Daunt 2008-04-22 until 2008-04-29	Woodlands Resort, Pattaya, North Rd. this is a really wonderful resort. a litte tropical oasis, right on the edge of the action, but hidden away from the madness of the strip. the staff were wonderful, they could not have been any nicer. our rooms opened out onto the pool and gardens. they were very comfortable and spotless. all extras -beer, food, phone, etc. were very well priced and reasonable. the included breakfast buffet was great and a way better than other pricier resorts that we ve stayed in in the area. I dont think the website does them justice. this resort is a way nicer than described and at a standard far above its star rating. if youre looking for the restful, the tranquil, or the perfect family location then this is it.	perfectly easy- as always!

Klasse Hotel, besonders der 900er Block- wunderbare Poolanlage fuer Kinder -allerdings wurde der 700er Block gestoert durch Baulaerm. Fruehstueck sehr gut, Personal 1A- Sauberkeit top. sehr empfehlenswertes Hotel, besonders fuer Familien.	ich glaube, es gibt nichts was besser ist - sehr korrekt, kompetent und hilfsberei- Danke
Paul Hardy 2007-12-05 until 2007-12-10	Woodlands Resort, Pattaya, North Rd. This is the second time I stayed at this hotel and it is a frustrating place, mainly due to one fact - too many Scandinavian tourists with the annoying habit of reserving sun beds around the pools for the entire day - sometimes they never even turn up to use their reserved beds!. I wish the hotel management would stop this practice. Rooms are very nice and the breakfast is quite good but not outstanding. The Gym is very basic. Due to the lush gardens there are lots of mosquitoes and the pools are too shettered from any cooling breeze. Also, there is a new hotel being build next door so there is contruction noise all day.	Very good as usual

Hotel was ok, my only complaint is I asked for extra bed; and they automatically add in the breakfast (NOT FOC), with asking my approval. Only found out upon checking out, too late not to pay; hotel security was good, my friend visited me; the guard accompany him up to my room.	Sawadee was helpful in processing my order, I booked under my hubby s name, by under my Credit Card, which cannot be done; instead of cancelling it, they found a solution to it.
Phil Kewish 2007-09-04 until 2007-09-07	Woodlands Resort, Pattaya, North Rd. This is a great resort, it s a real paradise with beautiful well kept tropical gardens and 2 lovely swimming pools. The reception staff are the best, so friendly, helpful and polite, Big smiles and lots of wais when checking in. Then they sit you down and offer you a welcome drink and cool towels, just the thing after a long flight and taxi ride. The breakfasts are really excellent with plenty of choice between Western and Thai food. The rooms are spotlessly clean, quite big and well furnished. We will definitely be back next year but will stay longer.	No problems with booking service
Paul Mullen 2006-09-14 until 2006-09-16	Woodlands Resort, Pattaya, North Rd. great hotel for families, I had my son (aged 9) and parents (60+)with me, all enjoyed the stay at the woodlands. good location, but quite a long walk to beach.I will be staying here again.Banks and shops very close by, taxi to town 20baht per person (cheap as chips) Great value for money.	Used sawadee.com 4 times now. no need to use anyone else. 1st class service once again
