Martin Johnsson 2009-01-03	Lanta Garden Hill Resort, Koh Lanta Yai, Phra Ae Bay WE ARE NOT SATISFIED, WE GOT A ROOM WHO IS NOT COMPLETED AND WE HAWE TO PAY 10000 BATH MORE. AC TAKE THEM TWO DAYS TO FIX, CLEANING ONE TIME AT 7 DAYS. WATER WAS BROKEN FOR ONE DAY. THE ELECTRICITY COME AND GO ALL THE TIME.	WAS GOOD
Tomi Takamaa 2008-11-13	Lanta Garden Hill Resort, Koh Lanta Yai, Phra Ae Bay A very nice and comfy bungalow with lots of space and all the necessary equipment (A/C, mini-fridge, TV...) The hotel staff was more than nice and all my requests were fulfilled, including the incredibly beautiful honeymoon decoration of our room for proposing to my girlfriend. Also all the other requests were fulfilled in about 2-3 minutes, like me calling the front desk about renting a motorcycle for 3 days. A guy at the front desk parked the motorcycle in the front of my bungalow in about 5 minutes after the phonecall was over. No extra fees were even added, so the price was the same than in all places that rented the motorcycles. Like I was expecting, the a la carte breakfast was just ok , and very similar to other bungalow hotels breakfast on these smaller islands, so if you like to eat lots of breakfast, it s not gonna happen with just one breakfast coupon. If/when we visit Ko Lanta again, it s 100% sure we ll pick Lanta Garden Hill Resort again, since this is a place where they REALLY care about their customers needs. Mr. Tony and the rest of the friendly staff - thank you so much for making our 3 days something to remember always. Oh, and she said yes ! ;)	Fast responding time to emails, friendly service and reliable booking system.
Roshan Uluwita 2007-02-16 until 2007-02-20	Lanta Garden Hill Resort, Koh Lanta Yai, Phra Ae Bay We had a beach front bungalow with a perfect location. A small bar few metres from the beach and massage huts. All with very nice staf! The room standards is not what you get for the same money in bangkok.Without exagerating the breakfast was not good by any means!	As usual no problems!
Monique Immelman 2006-12-01 until 2006-12-07	Lanta Garden Hill Resort, Koh Lanta Yai, Phra Ae Bay For the price we paid, the hotel was great. We booked two of the three beachfront villas, and they were very clean and comfortable. The staff especially were brilliant - my father was very ill during our week at the resort, and the staff were exceptionally helpful. We did have a few issues though. The villas themselves are lovely, however the en-suite bathrooms left much to be desired, and there is a beachfront bar on the grassy patch directly in front of the villas which stayed open (with music playing) until after 1 am every evening. Also the website claims the hotel restaurant is split into two sections, hill and beach. Unfortunatly the second beach restaurant is no longer in use, though the very run-down building is still there. Booking the beachfront villas, we had obviously hoped to make use of the beachfront restaurant, but of course had to use the smaller restuarant on the hill (the website is incorrect - looking at the remains of the beach restuarant, this one must have been the section they refer to as the main restaurant with the panoramic view to the sea , as the hill restaurant is a lot smaller with a very uninspiring view of the main road). We also had a problem with the surrounding area. The resort itself is lovely and clean, but there is a construction site directly next door, a horrible, muddy road leading from the main hotel down to the villas, and various old shacks, chickens, cows scattered in between. But like I said, for the price - perfect.	Great, no problems.
Stefan Kratzmeir 2006-11-19 until 2006-11-23	Lanta Garden Hill Resort, Koh Lanta Yai, Phra Ae Bay Stayed in Beachfront Thai Villa. Located directly on the beach but 300 m from the resort. The 3 villas are really nice, clean and comfortable but there is no light on the access road and it can be really dirty. Overall a good place to stay	booking was without problems and cheaper than direct at the hotel
