Samantha Jane Morris 2010-02-13	Sawasdee Smile Inn, Khaosan Road area, Phranakorn I didn t enjoy my stay here at all. The room was tiny you wouldn t be able to skin a rat in their. The bed was also really small. We arrived at 6 in the morning couldnt check in until 12 and we had to pay to leave our bags at the hotel. Breakfast was included which isn t worth getting up for.I ordered my breakfast my choice was continental which was toast and also fruit.The toast came I waited 10 minutes and still no fruit when other people who ordered the same had theirs at same time.I had to ask the waiter where my fruit was he was incredibly rude and walked off I thought to get the fruit it still didnt come. I asked again I finally got the fruit but with no apology. I felt like I was doing their job for them.If you want a comfy room and good service don;t stay here
TAO WEIJIE 2009-12-07	Sawasdee Smile Inn, Khaosan Road area, Phranakorn Near to Khaosan Road, but really poor guest house. The bed is very poor, and of cause very uncomfortable. Room is the smallest one I ve ever seen in my life. Very slow service on booking, and bad attitude. it s not a 600B room, at most 200B one.
Gill Morris 2009-08-30	Sawasdee Smile Inn, Khaosan Road area, Phranakorn we have stayed here twice now, hotel is great, staff are pleasant, rooms are a bit on the small side but that ok as you dont spend much time in your room. Clean and cheap. Will definitely stay here again	had trouble paying on line for one room but staff were very helpful
David Sasson 2009-03-24	Sawasdee Smile Inn, Khaosan Road area, Phranakorn The worst hotel I had ever seen. the rooms are very small and very dirty. I ordered and paid for three nights and checked out after the first night. don t order a room at this hotel, unless you want to punish yourself.

gayle dougan 2009-01-28	Sawasdee Smile Inn, Khaosan Road area, Phranakorn awful!!! it all started at check in. we did not print out our reservation from sawadee.com but we had not done this for any other bookings with sawadee and it was never a problem with any other accomodation. the check in staff were very abrupt and down right rude about this. we went to a local internet place and printed our confirmation and took it back to the smile in where they could not find our reservation. we waited for about 40 mins to get this sorted. it is cheap accomodation but there are better places to stay at the same price. It was dirty and run down. the shower leaked all over the bathroom and it was flooded. some one did come and fix it rather quickly tho.
Quai Chou Chiang 2009-01-03	Sawasdee Smile Inn, Khaosan Road area, Phranakorn Place was nice, close to the places that I wanted to see, and to KSR. Friendly staff, food was good. Hygene was bad though. I got back home and had to go in for treatment for scabies. Though at first sight the room looked kinda clean, I guess it wasn t so. Just for that, I ll never use this particular hotel again.	Great service, ease of use and fast. Reliable. Will definitely use this site for further bookings.
EO C. 2008-11-20	Sawasdee Smile Inn, Khaosan Road area, Phranakorn I arrived at the hotel around 130am of 19 Nov 2008. The hotel was not easy to find. The receptionist was an arrogant girl who did little effort to locate my reservation. She also insisted that I pay for one more day because my reservation was for 18 Nov to 19 Nov. But I explained to her forcibly that I was checking out 19 Nov noontime. I really had a bad time with the receptionist. The room was not what I expected but for a cheap rate I think it was good enough. The restaurant service is good and I liked the waiters because they were courteous and helpful. Maybe Sawasdee management can call the attention of that arrogant receptionist. She will scare clients. I for one will not stay in that hotel again.	The booking service is great. Replies to questions were made fast.
Erlin Tandianto 2008-06-07 until 2008-06-09	Sawasdee Smile Inn, Khaosan Road area, Phranakorn Hotel is far than what we imagined, the bed is kinda dirty, restroom is small and unorganized, the front office is kinda friendly, and we are nearby the prostitution place...we supposed to stay another 2 nights there but we decided to cancel it and find another hotel.
StXh 2008-02-04 until 2008-02-05	Sawasdee Smile Inn, Khaosan Road area, Phranakorn I think it is best to call SMALL Inn bcz the room and bed is toooooo small.
