Grand Hyatt Erawan Bangkok, Rajdamri Road, op CentralWorld 1) Room too tiny for a grand deluxe room, what s the difference between standard & grand deluxe? 2)Horrible housekeeping - i dropped some coffee mate powder on my bedside table which was only cleaned 2 days later! 3) Excellent breakfast & hotel ambience 4) Unbeatable location 5) Superb front office staff 6) Great spa 7) Very average restaurants except for Spasso 8) Erawan Tea Room totally over rated, cold food, tough to eat authentic good thai food in this hotel except for Nara (urban kitchen & not part of hotel in the basement). They need a quality thai restaurant like saffron at banyan tree & the one at Sheraton Grande 8) One night horrible noises above our room - shocking that the staff did nothing about it |
