Vladislav Krasnov 2009-09-24	Horizon Patong Beach Resort & Spa, Patong Beach Amazingly good hotel for the money paid. Located write in the middle of Patong beach, close to all the night life, as well as many restaraunts and shops. Has it s own good restaraunt, very good spa (very expensive too), swimming pool, and the greatest staff of all the hotels I have been. Everyone smiling at you- security guard, receptionists, barmen and waiters. Gives you just an amaizing filling of welcomeness. I was upgraded to delux number right near the pool. Very satisfied. If I ever go to Phuket again I definitly going to this hotel. Also in general to all travelers, if you think Koh Samui is better than Phuket, you are wrong. I am sorry I moved to Samui instead of staying in Phuket for more, so much more things to do.	No comments

Maureen Jean Lemmey 2009-07-01	Horizon Patong Beach Resort & Spa, Patong Beach The hotel is so central to all your shopping and the Patong Beach area.Every day we walked to Junceylon and back to the hotel always stopping to shop on the way.Tanyas beauty/massage shop is outside the entrance of the hotel and they all care for our manicures/pedicures/braided hair and massages.Excellent ,excellent,excellent.	Easy booking and very clear on requirements needed. Thankyou.

Overall the hotel environment, services was great. but the pool side is dangerous coz of some small stone is harmful to ppl. However, some of our member feel not satisfied the way of reception served. They served less polite to Asean member.as specially ms.Uthairat the attitude are so rude. some how we got problem on the mini bar payment. And i never go back to that hotel again.	we thank you sawadee.com got a special rate for the hotel.

However, some of our member feel not satisfied the way of waiter/waitress served. They served less polite to Asean member.	No problem at all, satisfied.
Gabriel Venter 2009-05-02	Horizon Patong Beach Resort & Spa, Patong Beach Second Time at the Horizon, and again it was a super two weeks! Will defiantly return to the hotel. Clean room and service daily! Helpful Staff, Pool Bar, Great Breakfast; Central, Beach Across the road! Close to Shops and Markets! All the advantages just adds up!	No problems with bookings ever, used sawadee.com for the past 3 years!
Richard Allan Whitehead 2009-02-06	Horizon Patong Beach Resort & Spa, Patong Beach On arrival we were put into a groundfloor Delux room.Room was not to Delux standard - noisey (right next to pool filter room which churned all night long), aircon control not working, very hard mattress as well as being right next to pool itself. We had booked a room on the 1st floor with balconey as we didn t want to be beside the pool. Next morning we complained and were moved to a room more appropriate to our booking. Were also offered upgrade to sister property next day if we wanted but we decided not worth the effort of moving for 2 last nights. I get the impression this hotel overbooks and then trys to cope when people arrive by putting them into whatever room they have available. Breakfast buffet was adequate but certainly not up to standard of other places we have stayed in Patong. Staff were friendly and did their best. Pools are very small to cater for numbers of guests. Only about 12 chairs around each pool.	No complaints or problems with booking service.
Jamie 2008-12-16	Horizon Patong Beach Resort & Spa, Patong Beach Our stay at Horizon Beach Resort was ruined when the resort staff accused us of taking items from the room. We contacted them on numerous occasions after leaving the resort to sort out this problem. Preferring to charge us for the items missing (which some were found by management as not lost) instead of taking responsibility on themselves. Very upset with their attitude and treatment to their guests.

Downgraded but compensated with meal & spa vouchers. Handly location, simple clean rooms. Small pool area, nice lobby and helpful staff.	Excellent.
