Mrs.Kawalin Ua-areemitr 2008-08-09 until 2008-08-12	The Access Resort and Villas, Karon Beach Good idea for the design and nice to try once in the life time. Good location but no seaview. Clean enough overall but the room is too small and the bathroom has problem of the water flow out. The service is fair and they should improve for the stuff trainning. The food is fair for taste but the price is very expensive if we compare to the level of this hotel to the 5 stars hotel. Overall is fair.	No problem. Prompt response. Nice stuff and good service.
Magnea and Gulli 2008-04-28 until 2008-05-02	The Access Resort and Villas, Karon Beach This hotel was quite an experience. We travel all around the world and stay in many hotels. This one was uniqe with the direct access to the pool and extremely friendly staff. If I should tell them to improve something, I would ask for a wireless internet connection. But then I would just be at home, and why then travel? Breakfast was good, room service is nice and friendly, pool bar is something and enviroment is nice. Hotel rooms are extremely relaxing and a boozt for your energie.	Works well. Should be easier to catagories the hotels though, both within the areas and cross areas. It wold be nice if you can compere hotels better and you never really know the difference of a blue wing or yellow wing suite. Or why the ocean view was more cheaper than the one lacking any windows...
