Mumtaz Ali 2008-07-09 until 2008-07-13	Swiss Park Hotel, Sukhumvit Road, Soi 11 Good hotel with a good location, friendly staff, clean and comfortable room. easy access to good shopping malls and lastly to say that if I go again bangkok with family, I would prefer to stay swiss park.	siamservices is a good booking services their prompt reply and services was excellent.
Tomas Lopez 2008-07-08 until 2008-07-13	Swiss Park Hotel, Sukhumvit Road, Soi 11 Average hotel.Outdated hotel a little expensive for services ofered. Very good location near Nan a Bts Station. The taxi provided for the hotel cheat-me 150 bht, better book you own. Breakfast under average, 500 bht of guest fee.	Was very efficient and speedy, room provided was ok.
Bruce Rivera 2008-07-05 until 2008-07-07	Swiss Park Hotel, Sukhumvit Road, Soi 11 nice and affordable hotel. very accesible because it is near the nana bts station. staff are very friendly and happy to give you a hand. just tricky to find in sukhomvit but once you find it, its very easy to go from one place to another. Breakfast is also good. One letdown, no internet in the hotel. but there are internet cafes nearby. nice rooms but the view from my room was a building under construction. Overall, it was worth the money I paid.	no hassle. fast to respond and very efficient. book again the next time.

Gregory David Egan 2008-06-15 until 2008-06-16	Swiss Park Hotel, Sukhumvit Road, Soi 11 Huge disadvantage is that all 3 rooms I occupied stank of cigarette smoke despite booking non-smoking. Staff obligongly changed room first time with no difference. I didnt bother asking the other two times. Staff confirmed they have no dedicated non-smoking rooms so the booking process is a joke in this regard. Wont recommend to non-smoking friends	Good
Tsang ling tat 2008-06-07 until 2008-06-09	Swiss Park Hotel, Sukhumvit Road, Soi 11 as first they forget to give me twin bed(already typed in e-vochour) and have to change room again. The hotel lobby and swimming pool was small and becoming old. The room was clean,Silent and big and the staff was helpful. The buffet breafast was okay. Just 3 mins walk to NaNa Bts was one of the great point. Worth to stay again with this price 1400bath.	very good and fast respond. Definitely will use it for future journey.
BS 2008-06-02 until 2008-06-03	Swiss Park Hotel, Sukhumvit Road, Soi 11 This hotel is outdated, room is having a bad odour. Carpet is very old and dirty. Reception is not good. The rate is too expensive for what it has to offer, which has not much of to offer.	I would appreciate if Sawadee can offer instant confirmation on the online booking, booking confirmation take too long. I called by phone and tentatively Sawadee representative attended to my request quickly with my booking confirmation. Well done and Thank you.
