leo langenus 2008-09-15	Silom Serene, A Boutique Hotel, Silom Road, Soi 03 (Pipat) Very cosy and clean hotel with an extremely helpfull and attentive staff.Very well located near shoppingcenters and nightlife of Bangkok although it is very silent inside the hotel. I can t give my experience about the food because I had an early check out.The hotel offerde me spontanouesly a lunch box.I will for sure recommend this hotel.

It is close to everything in the Silom area including shopping and nightlife. The staff was extremely helpful and knowledgable. Every request I made of them was completed in a very short time. The breakfast was great and had an array of choices. The room was clean and was easily manuevered. The pool was samll, but the outside area was quite relaxing and calm. Great place - I will make it my base in the Silom Area.	Quite easy and always helpful and knowledgable.

The staff are friendly , polite and provide a very good service. I have recommended this hotel to my friends and they like me have enjoyed thier stay.	As always no problems.

The room was clean and spacious, firm beds and effective working facilities. The guys at the reception were very courteous, helpful and conversant in English, a far cry from some other Bangkok hotels we’ve stayed in before. The location proved to be ideal, being near to the Patpong night market yet far enough not to be too noisy. It’s excellent value for money and definitely recommended for this price range.	The service is efficient and professional. Will definitely continue using this service.

Clean and well finished rooms although the bathroom ceiling would benefit from a coat of paint. The small side street that the Hotel is located in becomes noisy on weekday mornings with traffic and whistles. Overall good hotel in great location. I will return next time.	Brilliant service as always.

The staff are all very good at there duties,and any request is meet with a quick response and a lovely smile. I have recommended this hotel to 4 of my friends and they all agree that this is the place to stay when visiting Bangkok	Great as always
Vincent S. 2007-08-08 until 2007-08-10	Silome Serene, a boutique hotel, Silom Road, Soi 03 (Pipat) Hotel was OK, it provided a quiet room and a bed. After staying at a couple of 4/5 star hotels the service at this place was a letdown. Not as much greetings or doors opened for you here. Are those important not really but they add a nice touch. The room was dark and dated and breakast was OK, did not go up for seconds at this place. No real problems but not really exciting either, just average. I agree with what someone said earlier, it should not be called a boutique hotel as the ameninities and character of the hotel is not up to boutique standards.	Excellent service, will definitely use again.

Attitude and service were Ok but many staffs stayed around the checking desk in the late night did not make me feel confortable. Very small swimming pool.	Efficeint service
Reid 2007-06-02 until 2007-06-05	Silome Serene, a boutique hotel, Silom Road, Soi 03 (Pipat) We enjoyed our stay at this hotel very much. I have stayed at several other hotels in BKK in this price range and the quality at this hotel is certainly comparable. Breakfast was very good, staff very friendly and helpful with arranging tours, dinner reservatons, spa bookings, luggage storeage etc. The room was quite spacious and comfortable for the price paid. I Would recommend this hotel if this the area of BKK you like to stay in.	Very good as always, I have used Sawadee.com 8 times, never a problem.
