Picked up at the new airport at Bangkok which is easily found as posters telling customers staying at this hotel where to go to be picked up. Only 2 minutes by minibus to the hotel. Hotel is wonderful. Really beautiful. Cannot hear any aircraft noise. We stayed in the deluxe rooms and they have everything you need. Staff were all lovely and the restaurants for both dinner and breakfast - no complaints and one of us is a chef!!	As usual - really easy and secure. Staff always helpful - see you next year!!

Sam D 2006-10-20 until 2006-10-21	Novotel Suvarnabhumi Airport Hotel, Airport - Suvarnabhumi A gorgeous new hotel located right on the airport premises. Within walking distance of the terminal; however the walkway connecting the hotel to the terminal was not yet complete at the time of our stay. To compensate, the hotel had a free shuttle service waiting for us at the terminal despite our late arrival. Hotel is very quiet despite its airport location. The buffet was very nice and the hotel unexpectedly provided a free breakfast to our children which we greatly appreciated. An advertised kids club was not yet up and running. Taxi access was a bit difficult. We had to wait 30 minutes for a taxi or take a hotel shuttle to the terminal for faster taxi service. Check-in was slow. Hotel is probably experiencing some growing pains due to its newness.	Like the ability to have multiple quotes provided. Service was responsive. Language differences sometimes a problem - not all questions understood and answered clearly.

Personnel is eager to please and answer questions/give direction. Rooms are spacious and comfortable--sound proof as is nearly connected to the new airport.	Excellant--I had to cancel and rebook and they were efficient and responsive.
Gary and Jennifer Dench 2006-10-13 until 2006-10-14	Novotel Suvarnabhumi Airport Hotel, Airport - Suvarnabhumi We had a totally surprising stay at an airport hotel. The atmosphere, service and decore allowed us to imagine we were in a tropical resort well away from one of the busiest airports in the world. Lounging by the pool, we could not hear any planes and allowed ourselves to immerse into a totally relaxed frame of mind. Thankyou, we will return.	Booking service was hassle free and would recommend to anyone.
