Russell FRASER 2009-11-08	Nana Hotel, Sukhumvit Road, Soi 04 (Nana) Where do I start?...(1)the front counter staff are plastic and couldn t care less about the client (2) the rooms are large but very, very sub-standard (3) the advertised WiFi in every room is a blatant rip-off (4) the hotel bar is haunted by the world s oldest and most annoying hookers on the planet (5) the hotel pool is very refreshing provided you only like the sun between 11am and 2pm (6) the hotel is very conveniently located for shopping in Bangkok. I have stayed at this hotel for the past 8 years and it has not improved in the tiniest in all that time...I have now had enough of their money gouging poor business practices and will never return.	Plastic people, no personality, abrupt, lacking interpersonal skills

The lady (bitch) in reception was unfriendly, questioned my prepaid reservation, not even said hello or welcome. I m a customer and pay for my stay so I except some service but imo got no value for money. Never stay again.	Sawadee perfect as always.
Nicolaas Brandts 2009-10-18	Nana Hotel, Sukhumvit Road, Soi 04 (Nana) I travel to Thailand 3 or 4 times a year. Ialways book 2 nights at a Bangkok hotel before leaving for home. I ve tried lots of different hotels but for me the Nana is still the best. it s not classy but you get good value for your money on a prime location in Bangkok.	excellent as always.
Russell FRASER 2009-10-14	Nana Hotel, Sukhumvit Road, Soi 04 (Nana) Very well staffed hotel, with very good, professional services. This hotel is getting old and needs a really good refurbishment as it is now becoming less than value-for-money.	excellent...self-booking, but hassle free.
Charles E. CHAPMAN 2009-07-28	Nana Hotel, Sukhumvit Road, Soi 04 (Nana) Rooms are big but very basic and blanket very old and holely but you get what you pay for. Staff courteous but not exceptional. 24 hr restaurant good and cheap. Best plus - fantastic location, imm. opposite Nana Plaza, close to shops, supermarkets, other eateries, etc.	I ve used Sawadee many, many times. Service prompt, responsible, trust-worthy and prices competitive. Will def. use again, and again.
David Franks 2009-05-22	Nana Hotel, Sukhumvit Road, Soi 04 (Nana) Unfriendly check-in, the woman seemed to dislike me? but the double room was as I had requested. It was clean and quite acceptable. I have stayed here many times before and this time had a room on the 10th floor over the extractor fans below - so a bit noisy. The breakfast was adequate - lots of Western food, ie: bacon, eggs etc.. and some fruit. The Nana is very good value, but beware as its amongst one of the most famous sex trade districts in Bangkok - Nana Plaza. So there are working girls in the car park and entering the hotel morning, noon and night! For me this is a welcome feature , but it may not be too everyones taste!	Booking service from R24 was efficient as always.
William Coggins 2009-04-04	Nana Hotel, Sukhumvit Road, Soi 04 (Nana) I found the hotel to be sufficient with regard to both price and location. Good sercurity with reference to any girls than may return with you. Good bar scene outside opposite hotel which was ok plus a short ride to other very good area s like soi cowboy etc another good plus point 24 hour room service i would give an easy 8/10 for this hotel. Richard P. Spear 2009-03-31	Nana Hotel, Sukhumvit Road, Soi 04 (Nana) First room I had to change because window view was of a dirt ledge. Second room needed painting(dirty walls) and there were bugs in room(some kind of cockroach). Restaurant was good and convenient front desk for $ exchange.	good

Anna Olsson 2009-01-19	Nana Hotel, Sukhumvit Road, Soi 04 (Nana) It was the worst service i have seen. The personal in the reception could not give a smal smile. And the room was nasty! The pool was ok. But do not book standard rooms.
