LARAVOIRE ALAIN 2008-08-06 until 2008-08-08	Phanganburi Resort & Spa, Haad Rin Nai Beach I was disappointed, I have called in morning before to take my flight at Bangkok for the pick up in time at Koh Phangan, but they siad me when I arrive sorry sir we forgot ??? and when I arrived at hotel they asked to me how much I paid for to refund money but when I left they asked to me to pay the taxi and it not was hospitable I don t come back on this resort and I don t recommend it????
Lisa Hayes 2008-07-18 until 2008-07-23	Phanganburi Resort & Spa, Haad Rin Nai Beach Hotel grounds and pools were excellent, some of the staff especially the desk manager was very rude and unhelpful-you would expect fresh towels every day especially when it was the most expensive hotel we stayed in! Noi fresh towels 4days out of five, no water daily, internet in rooms did not work, no hairdryer and as it was monsoon season, when you need umbrellas-they were only in some rooms because some were broken !! All these were staed to be part of the stay here! When we asked for these things the desk manager said he would get them, but do you think we saw anything! NO! Beautiful hotel but needs to keep on track of how it is run!	Booking service website was excellent!
Jessica K Blanchett 2008-01-20 until 2008-01-26	Phanganburi Resort & Spa, Haad Rin Nai Beach Absolutely perfect. Fabulous location, beautiful rooms and pools! About a 5 min walk to the full moon party beach so quiet enough to get some sleep when the time comes. Right on sunset beach so stunning to watch the sunset as you have a drink by the pool. Definately reccommend it.	Very quick and easy...will use again.
Will Painter Hatch 2007-12-08 until 2007-12-09	Phanganburi Resort & Spa, Haad Rin Nai Beach This resort wasn t too bad. It had a preety nice view and was somewhat quiet while I was staying there. The price was a little much, but overall a decent experience. I give this place a 6 out of a possible 10.	wonderful!
Petrina 2007-11-23 until 2007-11-28	Phanganburi Resort & Spa, Haad Rin Nai Beach the hotel was excellent, the staff were very friendly. close to walk to the full moon party. we had a beachfront bungalow (01a), very spacious and comfortable, tour desk was excellent. will stay there again this new years. highly recomend!!!!	trouble free
Effie Giannis 2007-09-07 until 2007-09-09	Phanganburi Resort & Spa, Haad Rin Nai Beach We booked a beachfront bungalow which I suggest is the way to go on this resort. The rooms were fairly comfortable.I cannot speak highly enough of the ladies at the massage salon who were naturally friendly and warm. However, this resort needs a major face-lift as the facilities are run down including the restaurant area so dont expect great food. Breakfast was very disappointing.There is also no pool bar which also disadvantages this resort.	First time user. I found it simple and efficient.

The surroundings, however, are not particularly attractive. The area is extremely dirty (they burn garbage along the side of the street) and it is evident that it is mainly aimed at attracting backpackers. BUT - the hotel was fine, the room was clean and the pool area great. The food is not excellent, but very cheap and actually much better at the hotel than in the city centre.	Everything went smoothly
Ronald Wyman 2007-06-26 until 2007-07-01	Phanganburi Resort & Health Spa, Haad Rin Nai Beach The hotel was lovely, very nice rooms but a little small. Both pools were immaculate. The staff was very helpful and friendly. We had problems with the AC on 4 occassions which led us to leave 5 days early. The engineer each time came out and fixed the AC one time it was at 3 AM !!!! not what we wanted to deal with on a vacation. The beach is awful if you want to call it a beach !! No ocean swimming or it can be extremely hazardous due to the very rocky conditions. I will return to the Phanganburi Resort for a sedentary vacation for sure. The FULL MOON party was absolutely outrageous !!!!!	I have used SAWADEE.COM about 12 times before. As always, SAWADEE.COM handled everything perfectly even our early departure. One thing for sure Booking with SAWADEE.COM is the best way to handle reservations in Thailand. Thanks, Once again.
Nanna Pedersen 2007-06-07 until 2007-06-12	Phanganburi Resort & Health Spa, Haad Rin Nai Beach Nice hotel with great pool area and very friendly staff. Bungalow was nice and clean, had a good location and a nice sea view. Excellent spa!! A bit far from downtown, and there is not much light on the roads when its dark. We could have wished it was a bit closer, then the hotel had been perfect.	Excellent service. Nice and easy to work with. I m sure I will use it again next time :o)
Tony vance 2007-04-30 until 2007-05-05	Phanganburi Resort & Health Spa, Haad Rin Nai Beach i liked the hotel. the staff was very friendly and spoke different languages which made it easy to communicate. they had continuous taxi(some free) stopping at hotel to bring guest to beach. it was very clean and for the price worth it. i would not reccommend getting any further from the haad rin beach than phanganburi. this is about as far away as you can get before it is a horrible hassle. some place around the island, i would not stay at for free. getting taxi s will cost a lot because you will frequently be going back and forth from the beach.	booking was easy and i loved it, i booked the rest of my trip through sawadee and would will probably use again next trip.....oh yeah sawadee means hello in thai...i think
