Madeleine Forsberg 2008-07-29 until 2008-08-02	Sea Sun Sand Resort, Patong Beach This was the worst hotel I ever lived on, It was COCKROCHES every were. When we arrived to the hotel the faTt lady in the reception tryed to set us up in a room whitout balcony, and we where 2 adoults and 2 children....Helloooooo. So we complaind. Then we got a nother room than was a litle bir better but still so discusting....it smelled like hell.. mold and all kinds of animalt. It was a nightmare. The breakfast wasen´t even good. There was ants all over everything. they had no qucumber no tomato nothing. kind of whit bread. I can go on and on and on about how horrible it was. One thing was good the staff. exept the fat lady in the reception. Bur every one else was nice. Don´t go whit children to this hotel. It was just old med with thai girls in every room. Nothing for kids to see.	great
d g mitchell 2008-07-09 until 2008-07-10	Sea Sun Sand Resort, Patong Beach Went back two weeks later and stayed four more days! One of the rare hotels in Thailand where the shower and sink water is always hot. Breakfast rather monotonous - only a Western style breakfast (bacon/eggs/sausage/toast mainly). More variety, especially Thai food, would be appreciated. Taxi and tour booking service excellent and good courteous service at the front desk. Will go there next time.	Never a problem the three trips I have made to Thailand.I always use Sawadee as they are so reliable.
N. Bouyabes 2008-05-04 until 2008-05-11	Sea Sun Sand Resort, Patong Beach the hotel is ok near to every thing it s in a busy street. short walk to the beach. The towels and bed sheets, althou changed every day, are bit old. I ll stay there agian but I shourly go to karon beach next time bcz its more quite than patong beach. late chek out is 100 bht per hour. they did not charge me for 45 mnt. but made me chech bit early before my flight.	every thing handled profis. 1st time user and sure I ll use Sawadee.com again. one missundrestanding. I say I did request Air port bick up the say you did not. I took a taxi for 550 bht.
Johari Jaafar 2008-04-19 until 2008-04-21	Sea Sun Sand Resort, Patong Beach The Sea Sun Sand Resort is a great Hotel, and a very accommodating staff. Location is very central in Patong Beach, so it is in a great location once you walk outside the hotel compound (very busy), but quiet inside with beautiful garden. The rooms are very nice, and the beds are comfortable. Definitely recommend this hotel if you want a budget hotel in Patong. The beach is nearby just walk 15 minute with shortcut road. Make sure you understand that Patong Beach is very busy and you will probably not even use the beach.	Sawadee is the best online booking site that we have used, very quick replies to emails and everything in order upon arrival at hotel. Highly recommend booking with sawadee.com
Roy Davenport 2008-03-29 until 2008-04-05	Sea Sun Sand Resort, Patong Beach Excellent hotel although the price wasn t the cheapest. Did include a buffet breakfast that was very good and a great start to the day. Staff were excellent and the pool was great. Would definitely stay again.	Quick and easy! Will use again.
Jenny Han Yee Chin 2007-11-14 until 2007-11-17	Sea Sun Sand Resort, Patong Beach Stay is simple, Well coz its cheap.Try not to use the safe deposit box if u do not know how to use it. Swimming pool is dirty but still better than the sea. Breakfast is simple,things like bread,butter,fruits,juices,rice or noodles,cheeze, ham and bacon are service .Asked for king size bed, u will see a king with two single beds on one king size bed-sheet.If u have strong back then i guess it is ok.Have pre-ordered a small cake for 2 before our arrival ,due to my parnter s birthday. Become a 1kg cake @ 700baht. Oh!By the name, u cannot see sea, and sand but sun only.It will takes 10 mins walk to the beach.Its close to bangla road(bars n pubs),no worries no noise pollution. Nothing bad,nothing gd about the resort.	The booking serive is short and simple. They will even send you a sms of your booking(oversea).Gd that they asked for our comments after our stay.
Kate (Melbourne, Australia) 2007-09-25 until 2007-10-02	Sea Sun Sand Resort, Patong Beach Staff helpful, rooms clean, location close to everything yet quiet and serene inside. Pool good. Bathroom (shower area) needed a good clean which would be my only criticism. We had 2 rooms and both were the same. For the money, very good value - sometimes when I read comments I wonder what people expect from a lower priced Hotel! SSS was value for money with a buffet breakfast thrown in.	Quick, easy and helpful with queries prior to booking.
Risto Sinkkonen 2007-09-08 until 2007-09-11	Sea Sun Sand Resort, Patong Beach I liked this hotel. We had a group of five adults and four children and we shared three rooms in ground floor near the swimming pool. Rooms were rather small with children but they used the pool as a sitting room. Staff were polite and helpful and breakfast was good enough. I recommend this hotel.	Everything went alright.
Yap Far Loon 2007-08-22 until 2007-08-25	Sea Sun Sand Resort, Patong Beach Below expectation. Located at the busiest street of Patong. There s a nice garden on the poolside. Expected a room with balcony facing the garden but only got a window facing a white wall. Requested to change the room unsuccessfully. The pool water is murky. Most hotel staff smile occasionally including the duty manager. The staff in the coffee house is NOT pleasant and spend most time talking with each other. Not satisfied.	I remember seeing hotel features all rooms have balcony but got a room with windown facing a white wall instead. Not satisfied.
