Gillian Egan 2008-05-09 until 2008-05-10	Holiday Inn Resort, Patong Beach Beautiful hotel, beautiful room, beautiful facilities, wish we could have stayed longer.	A bit slow to respond to my email when I had to change my dates, but did the job.

We stayed in a Busakorn suite, which is worth the extra money as you get your own pool.Very helpful staff, hotel was clean, safe in the room, beach towels galore, large clean pool etc. Would stay there again......but I m doubtful I d return to Phuket!	Fab as usual!
LIU KING CHUNG 2008-01-19 until 2008-01-24	Holiday Inn Resort, Patong Beach Excellent resort with high standard of service and superb location. When inside holiday inn, it is so quiet that I will not think I am right on the Patong Beach but once we step out the entrane, you can enjoy the night life, massage, shopping in Patong. The Bursakorn wing is worth the extra buds since it is less crowded in high season. People in Main Wing need to queue up for table for breakfast and wake up early to reserve the sun lounger. However, the hotel management should devise some means to stop people in Main Wing to use the Bursakorn facilities	Sawadee.com is fast in replying the booking. When other hotel booking website is not able to get me a room in holiday inn phuket. sawadee.com is able to get me one. Will definitely book through sawadee next year
Nicole Albert 2008-01-11 until 2008-01-15	Holiday Inn Resort, Patong Beach An overpriced resort that could have really been anywhere in the world. It did however provide a sanctuary from the fast paced world of the shopping frenzy that is provided within the street marketplaces at your doorstep (including the beach). Service and breakfast is good, but a little corny- like the gratuitous orchid arrangement provided at arrival with no emotion at all. Overall Patong in general is simply a Tourist trap with all the sleazy trimmings. If you are wanting a secluded tropical getaway, simply getaway from the Phuket island altogether!	Excellent beyond compare. Given a few complications with our booking, the team from Sawadee proved that they could go far and beyond the normal call of duty. Cheers to all at Sawadee for making our whole experience a little easier.
Christine Luxford 2007-10-14 until 2007-10-20	Holiday Inn Resort, Phuket, Patong Beach Had stayed nine years ago and was very impressed with the total makeover of this hotel. Breakfast was excellant, staff were very helpfull. Only one thing I didn t like was the pool area was just too crowded which left you with no privacy.	Very good service and would use them again.

OT Benson 2006-03-26 until 2006-03-31	Holiday Inn Resort, Phuket, Patong Beach My wife and I had an absolute awesome experience in Phuket and I know that a major reason for that was the wonderful staff and facilities at the Holiday Inn!! Besides the normal service that you would expect to find at a quality hotel, we both found that the extras made our experience the great vacation that we were looking for. 1. The pool was great...very warm, and so many comfortable places beside it to read a good book in peace & quiet under a beach umbrella. They even had a separate kids pool with toys and an indoor kids play area for them to play any number of games, read books, and watch TV. But the pool made the hotel for us...when we d get tired or hot, we d just slide in and relax. Truth be told we spent more time at the pool than at the beach! 2. The free hotel breakfast buffet was also wonderful! So many options, from both the East and West (mostly West) that we were never left wanting. Open till 10:30am it gave us plenty of time to sleep in, and the surroundings were always immaculately clean. 3. Location, location, location! I think the fact that Holiday Inn is convenient to both the beach (across the street) and the shopping (right outside the gate) made our stay better than it would have been at other hotels. I scouted around looking at other places and I doubt that any of them could have provided a better situation. All in all a wonderful trip...a little pricier than other places for the same size room...but the extras made it worth it. We ll definitely stay at Holiday Inn again when we go back to Phuket!	Very quick, easy, and no problems with the reservation. The only problem was that we couldn t accrue memebership points at Holiday Inn or Inter-continental Hotels (or airline miles) for the 5 days we spent there because we booked our reservations with Sawadee.com instead of with the hotel directly. I would hope that Sawadee.com would approach Holiday Inn with this issue and help out their customers as I really liked the convenience of Sawadee.com, but would think about booking my stay differently in the future if this situation continues.
Barbara Burnett 2005-12-23 until 2005-12-27	Holiday Inn Resort, Phuket, Patong Beach Our stay at the Holiday Inn Resort, Phuket was wonderful. We stayed in the Main Wing and the rooms were large, beds were very comfortable, and most of all it was all very clean. Each room as a balcony, and we could see the town and a little of the beach area. The restaurants were all very good, being from the USA I would have liked a few more Western style options , but then I had to remind myself that I was in Asia. All the food items my family ordered was very well prepared and very good quality. They buffet s had lots to choose from. We had a great time and wish we could have stayed longer.	The booking through sawadee.com was wonderful, I had no problems with my reservations at all. I would recommend it to anyone.
MARIA 2005-11-02 until 2005-11-05	Holiday Inn Resort, Phuket, Patong Beach VERY..VERY GOOD AND EXCELENT.THE STAF THERE ARE VERY POLITE AND HELPFULL.VERY CLEAN RESORT.THE FOOD THERE ARE GOOD AND MANY CHOICES.SWIMMING POOL IS VERY CLEAN.THE ASPARA SPA ARE VERY GOOD.WE ENJOY OUR STAY THERE AND I WOULD RECOMEND STRONGLY TO EVERYONE TO STAY THERE,YOU WOULD FEEL LIKE A NEXT HOME.	VERY GOOD AND FAST RESPONSE.
