Mrs.Joanne Kane 2008-04-09 until 2008-04-11	Horizon Patong Beach Resort & Spa, Patong Beach Great location..Good value,staff very helpful. They up/graded us to a family room.Loads of space,but on ground level.Do not stay on ground level as loads of mozzies, and outside our balcony infested with BEES. 1st night our fridge leaked causing buckets of water on the floor.2nd night the toilet blocked flooding the bathroom.Staff quick to respond to fix the problem. Overall good hotel,brekky great...Even though we had problems I would stay there again...Next door great massage place..and hotel just across from beach.	Wonderful booking system..I will use this site again...
Katja Mann 2008-02-16 until 2008-02-23	Horizon Patong Beach Resort & Spa, Patong Beach This is the best hotel we have stayed in ever. Staff is really nice and care about the guests. The staff makes you feel like a king and queen. Inside the hotel its very relaxing,feels like you are somewhere else, the staff remembered my birthday with a fruit basket and a card,the hotel is very quiet, when you step outside the hotel you realize you are in patong, we felt patong was too busy for us, people want to sell you everything, all the time, asking if you want a tuk tuk. But totally recommend this hotel, if we come again it will be to karon beach and horizon hotel there (we wouldn´t mind having the same staff there:) )all the best to the nice staff	perfect
Sean Kingston 2008-01-31 until 2008-02-11	Horizon Patong Beach Resort & Spa, Patong Beach This hotel was the second preference for me in patong as the patong merlin is possibly the best i ve ever stayed but books out quickly. the location of this hotel is brilliant with quality non whorish massage palours next door, good restraunts only 50 to 250m s away, internet cafe accross the street and you only need to cross the road to get on the main beach and a short walk from bangla but enough out of the way to be out of the busyness. I RECOMMEND FAMILY ROOM! the room is massive with a kitchen!	First time i ve used. It looked dodge but i now think otherwise as all 5 destinations i booked were done perfectly and smoothly
Timothy Mc carthy 2008-01-31 until 2008-02-07	Horizon Patong Beach Resort & Spa, Patong Beach very dissapointed on arrival we were informed at reception our room was being cleaned and would not be avaible for a number of hours when in fact the guests that had occupied it were still useing it up to six thirty in the evening and we had arrived at 2pm after traveling thirty six hours and had no where to rest or shower we will not return there again
Carole Vary 2008-01-28 until 2008-01-30	Horizon Patong Beach Resort & Spa, Patong Beach Excellent hotel, the 2 pools were fantastic. Very quiet location in the midle of noisy Phuket. We had a standard room with king size bed. Nice linen, 4 pillows and cleaned. The breakfast was also very good. Good service. I recommend this hotel.

Glenda Leach 2007-30-04 until 2007-04-05	Horizon Patong Beach Resort & Spa, Patong Beach We stayed at Horizon Patong 30/04/07 - 04/05/07. We found the staff to be extremely friendly and helpful. We had 2 rooms and a family room. I would suggest if you were staying any more than a few days to take a family room, as they are much larger than a standard room. We were always able to find a seat by the pool.It was only a short walk to the hustle and bustle of Patong, but quite once inside the resort.	A great way to book, saved heaps.

Other reviews make this sound like a family & kids Hotel, which for a single person sparked fears. However I was impressed at check-in, the Hotel realised I was single and put me in room away from families. Furthermore the Hotel has two pools (Family/Kids pool & an Adults pool) My only regrets is leaving my swimmers on the balcony - hey never mind.!	Easy, professional, quick & safe.
