Family Inn, Patong Beach We stayed 2 nights and it was enough for us. Such a terrible place - not like on pictures from sawadee! Stuff was not so friendly like in other hotels we stayed before. Not so good location - about 10-15 minutes to patong beach. 5-7 minutes to bangla road. The only good thing was 7-11 in a few steps from hotel. I wouldt reccomend this hotel to others and will not stay in this hotel anymore. |

Family Inn, Patong Beach The hotel service was average, there was no iron/ironing board in the room. The rooms had a old smell to them. The traffice was really noisy aswell. |
Booking service was great, however we booked a twin room and the first night we arrived the hotel placed us in a king size bed as a result of the hotel being fully booked - advised by reception. |

Family Inn, Patong Beach We ordered a pick up service but this did not turn up so had to get a taxi from airport. This hotel needs updating in decoration. We booked the deluxe room but was only of standard accomadation and smelled very damp and musty.It is right next to a very busy road so loud traffic noise is noticable all day & night. The staff i must say are really friendly and helpful and the restaurant is very good and prices are cheap. |

Family Inn, Patong Beach Very nice and cozy place with good location just outside of the packed city centre. The staff is very helpful and friendly, specially in the bar/restaurant. And they speak english, with some limitations. The room smelled funny at first, but smell went away in time. The manager tried to fool us with flight tickets arrangements. We were about to fly to Ko Samui and asked some help from the manager. He called somewhere and said all the flights to Samui were fully booked in following days. He offered A TAXI DRIVE instead!!! from Phuket to Ko Samui, a family with 1-year old boy. !!! What was he thinking? Money, of course, I guess. I didinīt believe him and called an agency by myself, and we got the tickets in ten minutes. It left bad feelings about the manager. In general, we were very pleased with the hotel. We came back there for two nights after 12 days in Samui. It is good place to families with little children, specially if you can have the 1st floor poolside room. They donīt have decent babybeds nor cots. Thatīs a big minus, though. Hopefully they get them in the future. Baby chair should also be in their list of immediate purchases. Hotels name is after all Family Inn. We would go there again, absolutely. |

Family Inn, Patong Beach Despite the fact that we had been booked here for months before our arrival they were not ready for us. We had booked a family room with an extra bed. The room we had was not large enough to accommodate the extra bed easily. We arrived with our children aged 8 and 1.5 years and were given a room on the 2nd floor so had to carry pushchair up and down stairs. We asked why we were not given a room on the Ground floor? The Air Conditioning leaked onto the extra bed for the duration of our stay (17 days) despite reporting this on day 1. There were also exposed live electrical wires where the TV and fridge were plugged in. They took 6 days to rectify thisdespite daily complaints. The staff were not at all helpful. If Phuket had not been so busy (other accommodation coulkd not be found easily) we would have moved to another hotel/guesthouse. Would not recommend this place to anybody. Very disappointing. |
Booking service excellent, but it would appear you have no idea of the condition of the rooms /hotels you are offering/booking! |

Family Inn, Patong Beach i don t know why this place call itself hotel , it is not more geusthouse . the manager is rude , the rooms are terrible with smell that we couldn t sleep and there was no hot water . we run a way from this hotel and looked for another one . i recomende not to go to this hotel |
i tried to talk to sawadee service while i was at the hotel but i got no servuce from them . i paied for 4 night and i was there only 1 nitgh . i expect to get refund . |

Family Inn, Patong Beach we arrived at this hotel expecting good things. but for what we paid we did not get the service we expected. the rooms are cleanish but very basic. the staff are friendly and try their best. only a 10min walk to the main strip,beach and bus stop |

Family Inn, Patong Beach Not very well located, breakfast very poor, generally not so clean: with same money is possible to have much more in Phuket! The manager is also a very incorret person that only aim is to catch as more money as possible from westerner tourists. And no problem about good common general rules of behave!!!!!!!!! |

Family Inn, Patong Beach We loved this hotel, mainly because it was so quiet, friendly and low-key, and in a great position out of the madness of Patong town. But still only 5 minutes from the beach and shops. The hotel restaurant serves lovely simple Thai meals, and cheap, so we ate there most of the time. The staff were friendly and moved us to a much better room after the first night when we complained about a smell in our room. We will definitely come back to this hotel and thoroughly recommend it to anyone. |

Family Inn, Patong Beach unprofessional service, we ordered an airport pickup but it was not provided and we had to arrange our own transportation after calling the hotel and being told to just take a regular taxi The hotel room was poorly maintained, the walls were cracked and dirty and we had cockroaches and small lizards in our room. Our balcony was also dirty and overlooked a 7-11 convenience store and some low-hanging power lines. On our second morning at the hotel we awoke with numerous insect bites and also to find out that one of the legs of our bed had collapsed. After complaining to the unfriendly and unresponsive staff we were upgraded to a poolview room which unfortunately, was not much better than our original room |
Although making our booking with sawadee was fairly efficient we were unable to contact them about the problems we had at this hotel because the number was not in service. |
