Lee H.Y. 2008-04-24 until 2008-04-28	Baumanburi Resort and Spa, Patong Beach I like this hotel. It is located near to the town center and beach (5 mins walking) yet not too noisy. The room is big and quite clean. No bathtub for superior room. I like the layout of the pool area. It is big, clean with 5 types of Jacuzzis. The only disappointment I face is the breakfast. Breakfast provided but foods are 90% same through out my stay which is not good to consider staying long.	Good. I have use this service to make 2 hotels reservation in the same period. No issue in terms of booking and payment.
TAY EE CHIA/TAY KHANG CHIAN 2008-04-23 until 2008-04-25	Baumanburi Resort and Spa, Patong Beach Great hotel. best value for money. nice pool, friendly staff, clean & good location. My aircond is leaking at fisrt night but the staff manage to repair it within half hours & clean the room.	excellent!
TYRONE WELCH 2008-04-14 until 2008-04-17	Baumanburi Resort and Spa, Patong Beach hotel was beautiful, room was wonderful. we had the delux room. all rooms have a balcony with a beautiful view. we enjoyed our stay here and would recomend it to anyone. only downside was checking in. first they did nt had our voucher and one of the clerk had an attitude and told us we had to go find internet service somewhere to print out our voucher. unbelieveable right!!! i had to gave the supervisor a piece of my mind, and he allowed me to used the hotel internet service to print out the voucher they should have had in the first place. this is a common thing at the hotel, so please take your voucher with you if you can.
Kaitlin van Leeuwen 2008-03-07 until 2008-03-08	Baumanburi Resort and Spa, Patong Beach The best part of this hotel was its beautiful pool. There is something for ALL ages at this hotel. It s location is decent in relation to restaurants, the main strip (Soi Bang la) and the beach. The rooms were okay. At first we were put in a room that reaked of cigarettes but we had no problems switching to a non-smoking room. The breakfast buffet was delicious but make sure you get there early enough because once something runs out, they don t make more. I would definitely recommend this hotel.	Sawadee.com is easy and safe to use. I have used this booking service several times and have never had any problems.
Ewa-Lill Witedal 2008-02-18 until 2008-02-22	Baumanburi Resort and Spa, Patong Beach The room (deluxe) was good. But we don´t like the pool area. It was a little bit dark because the sun couldn´t reach it because the hotelbuilding around it is to high. The reception staff was not frendly and give no service at all. We wanted help to book a table in a restaurang and they didnt help us at all. We ask them to give us a wakeup call in the morning and they didnt. All other service in the hotel was good. Breakfast very good with a lot of choise. If we going back to Patong again we will stay att Duangjitt Resort or Amari Coral instead both hotel is exellent in all ways.	Allways good service. Simply the best bookingservice on internet.
Christian Daugbjerg 2007-04-29 until 2007-05-06	Baumanburi Resort and Spa, Patong Beach Not going back here again... that s for sure. The hotel is currently adding a new wing (the final step before they surround the pool), and so staying here is like living in a construction site. The noise, which is deafening at the best of times, goes from 7am to 7pm and lounging by the pool is virtually impossible with a 100 Thai builders eyeing you all the time. On a more positive note, the hotel is well located, the rooms are clean and the buffet is good. Wait a year and come back when they clean up… and maybe manage to hire some front desk staff who know how to smile.	Worked great, I couldn t get the room I wanted, but Sawadee.com was helpful with waiting lists and eventually I got a nice room.
Yoong Kang Chee 2007-04-27 until 2007-04-28	Baumanburi Resort and Spa, Patong Beach Construction noise was unbearable. We had a bad experience, hotel staff were not as friendly as we expected. Some misunderstandings happened, and the hotel manager threatened to call the police to settle the issue. Strongly not recommended for guests looking for service quality.	Reliable, trustworthy, prompt response!
Julian Spence 2007-03-15 until 2007-03-17	Baumanburi Resort and Spa, Patong Beach Hotel was ugly and distasteful. We booked double bed and they tied two singles together with plastic strips. Loud noise from streets at night. The pool is overcrowded and is dirty and the staff were not friendly or welcoming. We could not leave any more quicker than we did.	Fine
Tammy McCARTHY 2007-03-12 until 2007-03-23	Baumanburi Resort and Spa, Patong Beach I would highly recomend this resort the accomadation is clean and comfortable, the staff are excellent and friendly. It is located right next to the markets for easy cheap shopping without the hassle of having to travel. Only 5min walk to the beach. The pool is great, it is very large and has a nice pool bar to get that cold drink whilst staying cool.	Sawadee.com was an easy way to book our holiday. They have a very large selection of resorts.

They have started to built a new hotel beside the pool and it was larmed a lot.Breakfast was good but it was small.	We have used this booking service many times and it´s very good,No problem.
