xiaomin cao 2009-09-26	Woraburi Phuket Resort & Spa, Karon Beach very beautiful hotel, especially the big swimming pool. however, there is a problem with the door lock. on the first day, we left very early in the morning for a day trip. we double checked the door was locked before we left. when we came back at 7pm, the door was open but nothing lost. I called the front desk and they said that room had door lock problem before and gave us free room level up. I suggest future visitors check door locks before move in. The hot water in the second room is not quite stable. The people in the hotel are friendly and helpful.

Staff was very friendly and helping us with little boy all the time. I think this hotel also suits for people in wheelchair in addition to baby push chair, because there were ramps everywhere. Hotel taxi-service was expencive (1400 thb from airport), but instead that taxi from airport cost 500 baht. Everything else was good compared to price.	was working without problems.

Sawadee booking service: everything was 100% up to the last day of stay.

Rooms are clean and the terrace by the pool is perfect for an afternoon swim after a day at the beach. The staff were very friendly and helpfull, we used the free shuttlebus to Patong and it worked perfect. We will definitely come back to Woraburi the next time we return to Phuket.	Safe payment and easy to find hotels.
