BREUER 2009-05-07	Krisdadoi Chiangmai, Hangdong-Samoeng Reseption was not 24h with personal open. So we had a problem at check out. We must let the guard make the check out for us. Service at Restaurant was low and it had a small choice of food. Breakfast was well, but i was the only customar for breakfast. 1. อยากจะให้มี Receptionist อยู่ประจำตลอด 24 ชม. ค่ะ เพิ่งเคยเห็นที่นี่เป็นที่แรกที่ไม่มี กรณีที่ Guest มีปัญหา หรือมี accident อะไร ไม่สามารถติดต่อให้ใครช่วยเหลือได้ มีแค่ยาม/ รปภ. ซึ่งเขาไม่รู้อะไรมากและไม่สามารถช่วยเหลืออะไรเราได้มาก เป็นจุดสำคัญที่ทาง โรงแรมควรตระหนัก เพื่อความสะดวกและความปลอดภัยของแขกที่มาพักค่ะ และกรณีที่แขกต้องการ Check - out early จะได้สามารถดำเนินการได้อย่างสะดวก (กรณีของเราต้องรีบไปขึ้นเครื่องแต่เช้า เพื่อกลับสนามบินสุวรรณภูมิ แม่สามารถติดต่อพนักงานใดๆ ได้เลย พยายามติดต่อไปตั้งแต่ประมาณ 4 ทุ่มเป็นต้นไป ถึงเช้า ก็ไม่สามารถติดต่อเพื่อ Check - out ได้ จึงได้ติดต่อและฝากเงินค่าใช้จ่ายส่วนเกินไว้ที่ยาม รปภ. ซึ่งทำให้เราไม่ทราบค่าใช้จ่ายส่วนเกินที่แน่ชัด ต้องประมาณการและต้องจ่ายให้มากเกินความเป็นจริงไว้ก่อน เพื่อไม่ให้เกิดปัญหา.... * ทำให้ค่อนข้างไม่ประทับใจในบริการค่ะ ต้องขออนุญาตเรียนตามความรู้สึกจริงๆ และอยากจะให้พิจารณาปรับปรุงต่อไป * 2. ส่วนเรื่องสถานที่ของโรงแรม ถือว่าสวยงาม โดยเฉพาะการจัดสวน และบรรยากาศที่นี่ดีมาก หากมีโอกาสก็อยากจะมาสัมผัสความสวยงามของสวนดอกไม้ในช่วงหน้าหนาวอีกค่ะ...
Bart Pull ter Gunne 2006-11-15 until 2006-11-18	Krisdadoi Chiangmai Aprime Resort, Hangdong-Samoeng Wonderful resort in mindboggling scenery. Ob Fah cottage is small but very cosy, bathroom . Hotel staff very friendly and relaxed, food is great in excellent setting near the waterfall. Try the steamed fish with plum sauce and the Chiang Mai hors d oevres. Visit this place with your loved one, an experience you will never forget. There is no pool and it would be out of place here but if you wish the hotel shuttle takes you for free to a nearby resort where you can hang out at the pool and use the gym. Small remark we stayed here during the week and the hotel was very quiet. In the next weekend however the place was visited by the Yamaha biker club for which tents were put up in the garden (?!)	Always good, reliable and efficient.
