Elena Ilicheva 2007-08-25 until 2007-08-28	Mercure Hotel Pattaya, Pattaya Second Road Very clean and modern hotel. The room was very nice and tidy, it was definitely a pleasent stay. The bathroom is spotless. The view on the swimming pool is nice, too. We stayed with a cat, as hotels of Accor group accept pets. Maids every day cleaned the room when we ask them and didn t disturb it at the rest of a day. Spa facilities is sweet, too. All in all, the hotel is good. For using ADSL they charge a lot!	Sawasdee service guy answered me I cannot bring a cat in the hotel - why not if a hotel allows it? Please don t answer if you don t check hotel rules. The price at the entrance was two times more than at Sawasdee!
John 2007-07-30 until 2007-08-03	Mercure Hotel Pattaya, Pattaya Second Road Very nice well maintained Hotel. Rooms clean and with pleasing decor, Bathroom a little small but nothing that would would cause major difficulties. Breakfast was nice with sufficient variation to please majority of tastes. Pool Area is excellant, well designed and very relaxing .... Hotel Bar in the evening was pleasant and added to the genral laid back relaxing appeal of the Hotel. For those that need to venture out the Hotel provides free transportation to the 2nd Road about 5 minutes from Walking Street ... to sum up a very good Hotel for those that want a nice relaxing break, seculded enough to get away from the main Pattaya Beach but also close enough for those who want to feel tha Pattaya atmosphere ..... I would stay there again	Professional as always .... Well done!
Alvis 2006-09-23 until 2006-09-24	Mercure Hotel Pattaya, Pattaya Second Road First time to Pattaya and booked the hotel via Sawadee.com. Hotel is a bit away from pattaya 2nd road(one of the main road), about 5 mins walk. Check in is fast and smooth. Room is very clean and we have the room on the 5th floor, facing the road. There is a construction site, which has been started opposite to the hotel.From the other traveller s comment, the bathroom is very small.Swimming pool is sufficient if you need to relex for half a day, not too small. Buffet breakfast is OK with a few selection. PROS: Close to walking street and pattaya beach. Free tuk tuk to pattaya 2nd road or vice versa 24 hours.(We haven t got a chance to try it) CONS: Need to take hotel free tuk tuk to the pattaya 2nd road(main road). If you prefer to walk to the pattaya 2nd road, it is quite dark and takes a few mins. Need to take taxi or tuk tuk to shopping mall.	Fast and efficient.
Trevor/Wilson 2006-06-30 until 2006-07-02	Mercure Hotel Pattaya, Pattaya Second Road We love new - and this place feels and looks new. Excellent value. Pool is beautifully clean. Bathroom is very small - about the only complaint. Excellent 24 hr free shuttle to town.	Outstanding - no problem in moving us from the hotel we had booked and did not like.
