Helen Armour and john armour 2008-08-07 until 2008-08-09	Grand Diamond Suites Hotel, Petchburi Road very nice hotel.the room was very spacious but we found it a bit noisy as we are not used to traffic noise.They were able to move us to another room which was much quieter.The buffet breakfast was very extensive and covered al tastes.	I am so glad I found this website.It is fantastic and we never had any problems checking in

YEO Hwee Chuan 2008-07-19 until 2008-07-23	Grand Diamond Suites Hotel, Petchburi Road Room is great. But service staff at the front desk is not very friendly, neither is the staff in the restaurant. Thailand is the land of smiles but the service is not provided with a smile. For the price, I would not recommend this hotel.	Booking went smoothly and easily.
Tan Gek leng 2008-07-19 until 2008-07-22	Grand Diamond Suites Hotel, Petchburi Road i had a bad time while checking in. i already inform that i will be there ealier and upon reaching there is no room available and they ask me to wait. i waited and waited for at least half an hour but they told me they need another half an hour to clean up the room. i was frustrated and then kept on waiting. after 45mins have past and no one come to tell us whether if our room was ready. i went to the reception counter and then they pass me the card and told me it was already ok. why wasn t i informed and i still have to go and ask them for my room? overall location is great for shopping, breakfast have good varieties.	excellent on the booking system and it was made easy to use

We ariived early in the morning and it was not a problem at all to get our rooms. The restaurant is not big enough when the hotel is full of guests. At saterday we ve wait 15 minutes for a table. The staff in the restaurant were not helpfull and friendly.The situation of the hotel is ideal for shopping. All shoppingmalls are nearby. A walk to the MBK takes us 15 minutes. Good and clean swimmingpool.	Quick as always.

We will maybe find another hotel next time because of the beds. Hard as bricks! Not good!!	As usual: excellent!
Gareth Owen Woods 2008-07-07 until 2008-07-13	Grand Diamond Suites Hotel, Petchburi Road The hotel is well located if you like shopping, there are several large shopping malls and an indoor day market very close by. The traffic congestion in Praturnam is a problem at some times of day, some thing to remember when planning journey times. Travel time to the new airport is 45 minutes when traffic is bad and as little as 25 minutes in the early morning. Traffic noise gets less the higher your suite is in the hotel and depending on which direction the suite faces. The hotel suite that we had was a Junior. We stayed at the Grand Diamond on three seperate occasions in the space of three weeks as we used it for a couple of stop overs for internal flights as well as our main stay in Bangkok. On subsequent stays the service got worse. Although the Junior Suite has a fridge,kettle, microwave and electric hob there are no utensils of any kind. I think they would rather you used their restaurants! Other wise the suite was adequate although a little tired looking. The front desk and bell hop service is not of a good standard. The restaurant staff are not very efficient. The breakfast is an average buffet style offering.The service in the ground floor Chinese restaurant is pretty dire, not recommended. Go out and there are reasonable restaurants in easy walking distance of the hotel. The swimming pool is nice, located on the roof outside the main 8th floor restaurant. Be warned, there is very little shade available by the pool in the middle of the day. All things considered we will not stay here again. You only get what you pay for and it is worth paying a little extra for someting better than this.	We have used Sawadee s booking service many times now and it never fails to impress. Very efficient and never a problem. First class, unlike the Grand Diamond Hotel!
Aw Eng Keong 2008-06-27 until 2008-06-30	Grand Diamond Suites Hotel, Petchburi Road Hotel is located at a very convenient spot surrounded by shopping centres especially wholesale shopping centres; a paradise for ladies. The interior of the hotel is a bit older than what it appears on most web sites but overall am very glad with the stay. Will stay here again for next visit.	Have doubts initially about booking through online cos it s the first time and there are fears about reliability but Sawadee.com had made the booking a hassle free and easy one. Will definitely book through online again for subsequent visits.
Chai Kow Sin 2008-06-27 until 2008-06-29	Grand Diamond Suites Hotel, Petchburi Road pleasant stay, good breakfast, nice room especially the toilet. 2 TV, microwave, cooking stove, suitable for family. close to pratunam shopping area. lots of hawkers and 7-11 around. convenient. slightly overpriced.	this is my second online bangkok hotel booking. luckily it was a smooth experience. my last bangkok booking with first hotel was a nightmare. it took me 6 month to get my refund despite all paper are in place. scare me.
Lam Wang Ching 2008-06-26 until 2008-06-30	Grand Diamond Suites Hotel, Petchburi Road Ideal location. The room is clean and comfy. The only thing I have to complain about the hotel is the security. They will give you the key card of the room without asking for your id. Also, they will enter the room even when the do not disturb card is hung on the door. My friend and I went out and hung the Do not disturb sign on the door. When we returned from our trip, there was a bouquet of flower(someone sent it to my friend) in the room. Apparently, the flower sender just entered the room when no one answered the door bell. They could have left the flowers at the reception and a message on our door. When we asked the recptionist, she just claimed that she didn t know anything as she just reported to work!	Booking service is excellent. Fast and easy.
