Luis Mamoru Hirao 2009-11-14	Charm Churee Villa, Koh Tao, Jansom Bay The hotel is wonderful, the restaurant and bar as well. The rooms are beautiful and the view was not mentioned. The only defect of this hotel is the reception. Staff you check in and check out is two women who are racist or poorly educated. Because they are only 2 people and the rest of the staff is really helpful I can not blame the hotel, only lament the misfortune of being answered by these people.
Luis Mamoru Hirao 2009-11-14	Charm Churee Villa, Koh Tao, Jansom Bay Este hotel fica num verdadeiro paraíso tropical. a Jason Bay é maravilhosa. Os quartos são lindos, maravilhosos. O restaurante e o Elvis bar são outros pontos fortes. A comida é farta, diversificada e saborosa. O único pecado neste hotel foram duas atendentes na hora do check out. Uma senhora de óculos, que é mal educada ao extremo e outra que não fica muito atrás. Mas isso nçao pode ser credito como falha no hotel, pois todos os outros funcionários foram atenciosos e alegres. Desde os que limpam os quartos ao que ficam na praia a serviço dos hospedes. Destaque especial para dois rapazes que trabalham no bar e no restaurante (estes dois não fariam feio em nenhum restaurante internacional). Outra pessoa maravilhosa é o rapaz que fica na Jason Bay na parte de lazer, onde emprestavamos toalhas, snorklel, etc. Sempre sorrindo e atencioso. Muito bom este hotel, recomendo.
Wiebke Walther-Zeitz 2009-10-25	Charm Churee Villa, Koh Tao, Jansom Bay We have NOT been pleased in our 3 nights stay! No codbed for our 2,5 year old boy, even we had a confirmation for it (They dont have any bed for a toddler, only baby).We god a matraze but could barely move in the small room for 6.900BHT! Construction all over the place. Broken water supplies and finally a metal piece in the food. We had to solve problems half of our time there. We complained, got a discount but have had a very bad impression anyway. Seems like a money making place for someone. Besides there is a very nice beach, the sea is perfect and the snorkeling possibilies are great.	Booking service was great as usual with Sawadee!
Tanya Averbukh 2009-10-12	Charm Churee Villa, Koh Tao, Jansom Bay They perfect! The private beach, beautiful Laguna with a lot of fishes and corals. The perfect service, all stuff so helpful. The panorama villa that we stayed in was big, nice decorated, with all facilities and even more! The grate food in the restaurants. MEYER 2009-10-05	Charm Churee Villa, Koh Tao, Jansom Bay Quite and peaceful, so close to the sea you can touch it! Very good place to have a rest and doing nothing but reading, snorkeling, eating and watching sunset and moon!	very efficient and trustable

Wang Jing 2009-09-29	Charm Churee Villa, Koh Tao, Jansom Bay Its location and service are so good.I spent my happiest 3 days at there in Thailand.Janson bay is a personal and beautiful place.I recommend you if you are going to kho tao.Dont worry that you cant find the hotel when in pier,the staff will pick up you.The breakfast is also great,better than I expected.	a good website!
Irina Saygafarova 2009-09-15	Charm Churee Villa, Koh Tao, Jansom Bay We had a villa, that was located very close to the beach. The bathroom has only three walls, so you can take a bath on the open air. We had a little lizard living with us. It was cute. Brakfast was not very good, quite similar every day. Dinner in the hotel is a bit expensive, but you can go to Mae Haad, it s close (10 minutes by foot). The hotel s beach is private, in a separate bay. There is a reef not far from the shore.	nice service
Thomas Edward Welsh 2009-09-05	Charm Churee Villa, Koh Tao, Jansom Bay Set in a garden/jungle paradise with an excellent private beach. A little diappointed with the Restaurant but really enjoyed dining next door at Sensi Resort. Spa was ridiculously over priced so we just walked to town, 10 minutes. We stayesd in a Delux room but would use a Superior next time as little difference. Definitely would recommend this Resort and would stay there again. Staff very helpful.
Jillian Boettcher 2009-09-04	Charm Churee Villa, Koh Tao, Jansom Bay We enjoyed our stay at Charm Churee Villa but there are a few things which I will mention. The hotel offers pick up at the docks, which we failed to see signs for (oops), but this is a very nice service as the taxi drivers on the streets will rip you off. The staff were all very friendly. Our room was not ready when we got there at 11am, which is understandable, and they said we could wait until 1pm on the beach. Our room was not ready at 1pm either, however, which is very frustrating when you ve been on a train/ferry all night and are dying for a shower and clean clothes. The restaurants leave much to be desired, as we ate at the Elvis restaurant for lunch, since it s the only one open for lunch and the food was just okay. We walked by the dinner restaurant, Starlight or something, because the hotel kept pushing for it s guests to dine here. It looked shabby, maybe they clean it up at night, but there were much finer places on the beach in town to eat at, probably cheaper too. We thought this hotel would have a pool, since it shows it on the website. Apparently you have to pay a VIP spa day to use it. Misleading to say the least. The beach is a hike, we were the furthest room from the beach and it took us about 6-7 minutes to get there. I thought it would be much closer, and much larger. The rooms themselves have everything you need and a nice large porch to sit on. Location was good in being within walking distance to town, but you could stay in town and be directly next to beach and town, with maybe more noise? This place was very quiet. The bugs seemed louder at neighboring Sensi Paradise, but their pool and grounds were very lovely and available for all guests! Overall this hotel is a good value for the money.	This booking service is very fast, efficient and straightforward. No problems. No hassle. It s always a pleasure to not get ripped off for a change while visiting Thailand.
