Clarence Brooks Harrell III 2009-05-17	Laluna Hotel & Resort, Samambin Road Very nice, quiet, great pool, convenient location although not within walking distance of Night Bazaar. Only thing I did not like was the policy of not allowing food in the room from outside the hotel, although you could order from the hotel restaurant and there was a stocked refrigerator in the room.

If you are travelling by foot, its recommended that u choose somewhere nearer to the town, but if you drive, this is definitely a nice place to rest and relax.

Shelley Jane Galbraith 2009-04-06	Laluna Hotel & Resort, Samambin Road I recently stayed at laluna Hotel& Resort and found the experience to be really fantastic. Having read some of the previous reviews that werent particularly favourable I was a little wary but nevertheless booked anyway. We found the staff friendly and helpful The rooms were nicely furnished but the beds are very hard. You get use to them. The pool and surrounding areas are beautifully landscaped and are a lovely way to spend relaxing the day away. The resort is a good 20 minutes walk to city centre but it is easy and flat and tuk tuks are plentiful if you want a quicker option. The inclusive breakfast is fantastic with a huge range to choose from.Great way to start the day.The hotel also offers a great range of tours that they organise for you at reasonable rates. Highly recommend the long boat trip to the elephant camp and the trip to the Golden Triangle. Awesome. We had a fantastic time at Laluna and all Chiang Rai has to offer. Great memories!!	Booking was incredibly easy and efficent. No problems at all.
MURKITT 2009-03-14	Laluna Hotel & Resort, Samambin Road Very nice Hotel in lovely gardens great value in total but not exactly City Centre. If you like to walk it is 30 minutes from Night Bazaar which to us is OK. If you are arriving by bus the TukTuk or Songtaew price should be around 40-5-baht we did not know how far & was quoted 60baht but when I gave him 100baht he insisted he had quoted 80baht so beware. Don t give them the money until you see your change.	Very good.However I do not have a credit card & debit cards are not accepted so we had to go to bank & pay cash.

Breakfast was good. Many choices. A minus point: When you were on the internet, it was very cold, because the lobby was totally open. It was a pity, that the hotel did not organize anything on new years eve.	Booking was very easy by doing it on the page itself.
