Peter Evans 2009-06-20	Sunshine Hotel & Residences, Pattaya, Beach Rd. (South) Very comfortable as long as you are in the residence section being the bigger newer part of the Hotel. I was in the older section last year and was slightly disappointed. Breakfast was included every day and they had lots of choices. Everything was clean with the bed sheets being changed daily and very pleasing was the happy smiling staff. The pool & surrounding area are wonderful with plenty of shade & sun loungers. Be sure to see POP the tailor that shares some of the ground floor shopping arcade as he can be trusted & gives value for your baht. I would give 9 out of 10 for the Sunshine Hotel, bearing in mind it is probably the equivalent of a western 2 star hotel.	The Sawadee booking site is wonderful and it is the 2nd time I have used them. I was apprehensive about using my credit card on line but everything was perfectly in order. I was able to achieve a saving via Sawadee of 300 baht per night rather than booking directly with the hotel. If you walk in off the street the cost is upwards of 1600 baht per night. I give 10 out of 10 for Sawadee & recommend them for other Thai bound travellers as a money saving hotel agent.
Ken Brown 2009-06-14	Sunshine Hotel & Residences, Pattaya, Beach Rd. (South) I stayed in the Sunshine Hotel on Sois 8 in Pattaya. The staff were attentive and extremely polite. The rooms were very clean and comfortable and the breakfast was adequate.I strongly recommend this accomodation to any visitors to Pattaya.Attached to the Hotel is a Tailor shop which I recommend if you want clothes tailor made.Pop,the owner of the shop is a very gregarious person and very helpful with advice as to the best value places to eat and drink.I intend to return to this Hotel next year and look forward to any comments that are posted in reply to this.
WANG ZHAOKAI LIYANG WU BANGJIE HEWENQIAN 2009-06-01	Sunshine Hotel & Residences, Pattaya, Beach Rd. (South) an old hotel, room is small.But the breakfast is good enough.but at this price ,I don t think it s a good budget one.

(South) appeared to be good hotel untill wife found she forgot personal articles ,rang hotel within 6 hrs told not there.rang back to speak to manager told not avaiable,obviously staff liked what they found.	allways good

(South) This is my second visit to this hotel and like the first I was very pleased to receive the same excellent service from the very friendly staff. I enjoyed the selective breakfast and lovely swimming pool. Would not hesitate to recommend to anyone.	Very good no problems whatsoever!
