Royal Asia Lodge, Sukhumvit Road, Soi 08 Quiet location. Little bit disapointed about the breakfast. Time for breakfast was 07:00 to 11:00 but when I came there at 10:30 everything was finished. Will not go back. |

Yes, we checked out on 20th of July, but before we checked out we had made another booking for 25th of July (one day only)and paid on line. More than 48hrs have passed, we have not received any reply yet from Royal Asia Lodge. We are waiting for the booking confirmation. |

Royal Asia Lodge, Sukhumvit Road, Soi 08 Friendly and helpful staff. Clean enough for a quick stop-over. Wouldn t have stayed for 2 weeks but if you land in Bangkok and have to stay over for the night then you can get a good quiet nights sleep just away from the main road. Also they are not angling for you to sling your hook as early as possible which helps with the jet lag. All in all I have no complaints at all. Thanks |

Royal Asia Lodge, Sukhumvit Road, Soi 08 easily he best value for money in BKK in my opinion. very nice room, good breakfast, friendly staff, good location, free wi-fi in the room, all for 999/night internet booking, try beat that anywhere else for a quality hotal. only down side, its about 800m from Suk so either walk or take the free shuttle. the shuttle is sometimes a bit slow coming at night, but reallyt not a big deal overall. |
easy and quick |

Royal Asia Lodge, Sukhumvit Road, Soi 08 24. - 25. april 2009 in Queen Suite (in Royal Paradise). Very large rooms and free tuk-tuk service to Sukhumvit rd. (5-10 min. walk). Free WiFi-internet. A/C in bed room did not work. They would charge for breakfast (it s incl.). Nothing was ready 30 min. after breakfast opening. Pool and jacuzzi was closed. I will not use this hotel again. |
Good. Without problems. |

Royal Asia Lodge, Sukhumvit Road, Soi 08 Overall good. WE had a room that had a bit of damp in a leak over the toilet from ceiling. This did not stop us booking with the hotel when we later returned to Bangkok. The staff are extremely helpful and friendly. Breakfast not really worth the extra 100 baht. pool area is very quiet and relaxing. The hotel is located at the bottom end of Soi 8 but not a problem as the hotel has shuttle service to the end of the road. Good value accommdation with pool//AC and location. |
Excellent as always!!! |

Royal Asia Lodge, Sukhumvit Road, Soi 08 Really enjoyed our stay here. Usually staying in guesthouses around Kao San Rd we decided to go a bit upmarket and booked this place after searching the net. We chose it because it seemed close enough to Sukhimvit to be convenient, yet far enough away to be away from the noise. The hotel provided a 24 hr free tuk-tuk service which was convenient if needed. The check-in was painless and the staff friendly. The rooms were clean and comfortable. A fridge and TV are definitely worth the bit extra for a hotel! Tea & coffee provided was nice in the morning. Breakfast included in the hotel restaurant also, which was okay. There is a pool on the top floor, although it closes at 6pm and didn t use it. Would definitely stay again, and recommend to others. |
No problem with the booking service, have used Sawadee a few times now. |
