Wong Ka Ying 2009-10-03	The Heritage Bangkok, Silom Road / Narathivas Road location is good, just near the BTS station Chong Nonsi, however, the rooms window cannot be locked, and no rooms to change, we are a little bit worry the security although we are living on the 7th floor, we can t sleep at the night and also the rooms is a little bit dark, so we spend 70 baht to buy a light bomb with charger to make the room brighter. Anyway, it is still good to stay in heritage bangkok, but the nearly I resisdance seems better because there is a door at the silom road, more convience for taxi stop.	booking service is good and helpful. I used Sawadee for serveral times and they improved a lot, the first time I ve booked in around 2004, now they improved the after booking status. Well done.
LOOTGIETER 2009-09-16	The Heritage Bangkok, Silom Road / Narathivas Road I recommend this hotel for these reasons : - very helpful staff, so courteous, with always a large smile, very profesional, with a good the best point of this hotel - rooms in a modern design and well equiped were very clean, with king size bed very comfortable - and finally very well located hotel at 1 minute walk from chong nonsi BTS station, in a little street very calm. i will come back surely to this hotel, wich provide a very good level of quality for a low price

Mauro 2009-08-16	The Heritage Bangkok, Silom Road / Narathivas Road We had a great stay! The hotel is located in a great position, right in front of the BTS Chong Nonsi. They upgraded our room for free giving us a studio instead of a superior...loved it!! Very clean and new, inroom safe, very quite rooms and friendly staff. I ve used the free internet connection available in the room by asking them the lan cable and it was working perfectly. On arrival we ordered dinner from our room and it was very well done and quick. Breakfast was very good too, with lots of food. Great choice! Will definitely go there again!!	very good

Location wise very convenient to bts.stay 2 nights experienced 2 times electricity cut off.	perfect and excellent service.

Only one incident happened when another guest stepped into my room with a keycard apparently working on my door. The counter ignored the incident although I lost my sense of safety. Not sure if I ll return even though I enjoyed the stay at the hotel.	good
