Lasseman 2008-07-16 until 2008-07-17	Arnoma Hotel Bangkok, Rajdamri Road, opp CWP All in all ok for the money, but I found it to have to mush “business vibes” for my taste. Location, super 7min walk to the sky train (Chit Lom) Staff, always smiling and provided good service. Room, ok but I expected better for the price range, had everything but had a “old” feeling. I had a superior room and it was small but ok. Breakfast, great had everything and was fresh. All in all 3 out of 5, not good but not bad either for the money.	No problems but they could have notice my late checkout request. Due to same day booking and it was a general holiday day in Thailand I called Sawadee and ask them for a hotel that had rooms available in my price range with the location I wanted, they put me on hold for 15sec and then recommended the hotel. They ask me to make the reservation online and they should keep a look out for the booking, after 1h I got the booking reservation email but without any feedback for the late checkout request (18:00) simply ignored (?). So I called them again and they told me I have to pay half the room price, I had no problems with that so they told me they would send a new booking confirmation. After 10min I got the email and paid it. No problems but took me extra phone call to them to sort it out. Anyway they were friendly on the phone and English was ok after I got transferred to a second person.
ANGELA TEO SWEE FENG 2008-07-11 until 2008-07-14	Arnoma Hotel Bangkok, Rajdamri Road, opp CWP This is my first time staying in Arnoma Hotel even though I have been to Bangkok for 7 times. I must say that the service is very good throught out the 4D3N stay. A very warm and friendly environment from hotel staff. Location wise is superb as it s very near major shopping centres which are mostly walkable. Room cleanliness and conditions are no different from a 5 star hotel, very comfy and clean. The carpet outside each guest rooms is new and pretty, resembles those of a 5 star hotel. Difinitely worth the cheap price and will return to this hotel again. They are always smiley and breakfast is very good with wide range of selection.	Fast and efficient replies. Will book with Sawadee again.
Peter Hassett 2008-06-30 until 2008-07-02	Arnoma Hotel Bangkok, Rajdamri Road, opp CWP Hotel central to most Bangkok activities, with reasonable booking charges to local tours/transport. Building spotlessly clean albeit room style a little dated (rooms appropriately priced to suit age). Staff well trained and exceptionally pleasant. Could rate Four Stars .	Booked through internet (including airport transport), response very prompt and all subsequent communication/operations without slightest problem.

The room was small, and the bedside panel was coming off. One of the staff made faces when my mom asked them to recommended a traditional Thai restaurant. I don t think I ll stay at this hotel again.	Fast and reliable.

When we returned at 10pm, the extra bed I paid thru Sawadee was still not there, so I went down to the reception, but the receptionist said the room is for 2 person, so I asked why did they gave me 3 room cards and filled out 3 customer sheets when we checked in. I told them to check my e-voucher, and they were not too happy to admit they made a mistake.	Perfect
LiewShiu Lee 2008-06-08 until 2008-06-11	Arnoma Hotel Bangkok, Rajdamri Road, opp CWP The location of Arnoma hotel is very ideal for any shopper as the shopping stores were within walking distances or cheap taking Tut tuts/taxis. The free ride to Central Departmental Store was great. I would like to suggest for more of such free rides or at a minimum charge to other shopping malls like Siam Paragon or King Power. The breakfast was quite similar every morning and more Thai dishes or desserts should be introduced. The rooms were clean and standard. The staff were polite and friendly. Overall, the Arnoma Hotel is good and i would recommend my friends there.	Your internet rate for Arnoma Hotel was good compared to the hotel s rack rate, which is by half the price. i will not hesitate to book through chiangdao.com again if your rates continue to be much cheaper.
Steven Babcock 2008-05-18 until 2008-05-21	Arnoma Hotel Bangkok, Rajdamri Road, opp CWP Great hotel with a great location. This was the third time I ve stayed at the Arnoma since 2004. The Arnoma has fantastic customer service and the hotel is a great value for the money. The location is perfect because there is a Big C supermarket right next door, the outstanding Central World Mall across the street, and many smaller shops and street vendors located nearby. It looks like the hotel has done some remodeling since our last stay in Nov 05 with new carpet and furniture. Highly recommended.	Excellent.
Pao Li Hung 2008-05-17 until 2008-05-21	Arnoma Hotel Bangkok, Rajdamri Road, opp CWP We chosed to stay in this hotel because of its location. Overall, we are quite satisfied with most areas of the hotel. Breakfast was not that impressive though but should be fine if you are not picky about food. Will definitely choose to stay in this hotel again.	Booking page could be more user-friendly. Response time was satisfactory.
