Hoo Chee Cheng 2004-08-26 until 2004-08-28	Asian Hotel, Songkhla, Hat Yai We able to check-in to the Hotel accorddingly (7 rooms , 4 rooms at lever 4 , 3 rooms at level 9), but unluckly during 27th evening , we when out with our group member, room 407 has missing his Nokia Mobile Phone at his room, we have report to the Front Official about this matter , mean while we still waiting the report from Asian Hotel. also we feel unsafe during this trip. we hope the management take note and will reply us as soon as possible.	booking will be very good..

Very easy to use the system in the net. The response to the confirmation on the status of the reservation is fast. However, there was a minor hiccup on the ABF, as the information on the number of guests received by the hotel was different from what I confirmed through the booking. Nevertheless, the hotel staff is willing to hear my exlanation and given us the vouchers for the ABF.
