Gerardo De Guzman 2008-08-01 until 2008-08-10	Somerset Lake Point, Sukhumvit Road, Soi 16 Somerset Lake Point Bangkok Soi 16 Hotel Staff: very good and helpful Local Knowledge of the Staff: fair Location: very good, and the hotel provides a free tuktuk ride to Asok BTS and Soi24 (Emporium). Hotel Tuktuk service is upto 9pm, would recommend the hotel to extend the tuktuk services to 11pm because most of the hotel guest likes to go out in the night. Breakfast: Staff are very friendly and helpful, but the food quality could need some improvement. Massage center: very good, convenient and cheap. Recommend to take the feet massage. You could also ask for a discount card from the hotel reception when you check in. Room: Modern. I took the StudioPremier. It is good, has a TV with cable, and hotel provides a daily supply of bottled water. Internet: Internet is DSL speed. You can access internet from your room or from the business center in the lobby. This would be the downer for this hotel, as internet is extra cost. Would be better if hotel could give guest an hour a day free internet access.	Booking service is very good and reliable. Also very price competitive with other site. Recommend to pre-book your hotel before you travel, otherwise price at hotel reception is usually always more expensive than booking through an agent. I would recommend Sawadee, because there are a lot of sites in the internet but only a few you can trust. At least i know i could trust Sawadee.
Nik Izyan Binti Nik Ismail 2008-06-12 until 2008-06-15	Somerset Lake Point, Sukhumvit Road, Soi 16 Our stay at Somerset Lake Point was a pleasant one, we got upgraded from a Studio to a One bedroom premier which was nice, although it was located in Tower A, which has a view of a construction site. didnt bother us much, so we didnt mind. Breakfast was just OK, nothing special. small selection of food. i think they could do better, other than that, the Skytrain station is a pleasant 10-15 mins walk (Asok Station) but the hotel also provides a free tuk tuk service there if you dont want to walk all the way. I will definately choose this hotel again for my next visit :) there s a great restaurant right next door called Cuppa. a Must visit for great coffee and dessert.	Fast and reliable, would definately book again using this site
HUNG YUK LAN CELIA 2007-12-29 until 2008-01-01	Somerset Lake Point, Sukhumvit Road, Soi 16 friendly and nice hotel staff. nice outdoor pool in tower A (i was staying in tower B but still can use it) only found inconvenient a bit distance from hotel to MRT	quick response definite will use again.
