Helen Morgan 2009-09-26	Baan Haad Ngam Boutique Resort, Chaweng Beach We had a great time at this hotel. The rooms were spacious and clean and the staff were friendly and obliging. The hotel was about 10 mins walk to the town center which was just about right for tranquility when needed.The only downside was there is no sandy beach in front of the resort for Deck Chairs. This would not deter us from returning We would definitely come back for seconds	no worries with this service - we received prompt answers and confirmation
Richard Spiewak 2009-08-30	Baan Haad Ngam Boutique Resort, Chaweng Beach The Baan Haad Ngam is nicely located away from the flurry of Chaweng Beach but still within easy walking distance. The villas are spacious and comfortable and the staff are wonderful. The food is great at the restaurant. Well worth staying	Had a little trouble initially as this was a special deal and the payment plan did not reflect this. Was corrected in the end.

We enjoyed the stay and the service, the only disadvantage is the distance from main center which should be represnted in the hotel pricing which is relativelly high.

One problem was that some of the reseption staff did not speak very good english, and then my boyfriend got sick many misunderstanings happend. But still a perfect place to spend the wacation.	Very good. We booked the hotel same day as check-in and that was no problem.

The resort is beautiful and the rooms of a very high standard. The infinity pool has amazing views, although getting a sun chair was sometimes difficult. Breakfast was excellent. All in all we had a wonderful stay and we feel it was great value for money.	very efficient and great prices.

The food from restaurant Olivio is absolutely fantastic. The room was nice and the size is fine. The pool is great. We can recommend this hotel. And will come back next time we go to Koh Samui. The view from the pool and restaurant is the best.	Perfect

The disadvantage: the hotel does not have a beach and even thaw the hotel was not full we required to check out the room at noon time or paid extra money for anther 4 hours staying.	Excellent and good prices
Evgeniya 2008-07-13 until 2008-07-18	Baan Haad Ngam Boutique Resort, Chaweng Beach We booked a superior room. On first look it was excellent.Very good housekeeping and brekfast! But there were some problems: it always smells awfully from water channels, the conditioner works very loudly especially in the night. Very small hotel and there is no beach at all!	perfect!
