All the staff were very helpful, This was our second stay with the hotel and we will stay again.	This was my first time booking over the internet. Siame services made it very easy, all the travel I booked through them was fantastic. Well done!!

Oh Jia Cai 2008-07-24 until 2008-07-28	Indra Regent Hotel, Ratchaprarop Road, Pratunam Generally good. Rooms are clean and spacious. Just that the hotel staffs are not helpful in helping their guests to get meter cab. Hotel is located close to Pratunum market which is a heaven for youngsters. However it is situated far from BTS station which cause tourist to rely on cab while 70% of the cabs are not meter cab and charge very high price. Hence if the hotel staff help filter meter cab for their guests it will be very much appreciated. i will rate it 3 and a half stars/ 5.	The booking reply is swift and any request is process very promotly.

Dennis Tucker 2008-06-09 until 2008-06-12	Indra Regent Hotel, Ratchaprarop Road, Pratunam I have stayed in the Indra many times over the years and still like it for its locaton,although this time I noticed a few cost cutting measures espesially at breakfast,which was still good and plentyful but seemed to be not as good as past years. Still cheap price for the size of the hotel.	Always great with no problems.
Robert Eadie 2008-05-05 until 2008-05-10	Indra Regent Hotel, Ratchaprarop Road, Pratunam A good hotel for the price. Clean rooms, well serviced. Great brakfast selection. Good location, especially if you are shopping. Adequate facilities, pool, gym, etc. Downsides: as always a couple of staff who need customer service training let it down for the majority, asking Baht800 for a taxi to the airport, I hailed a metered taxi & paid Baht180. Overall value for money 9/10.	Good, seemed very seemless & efficient (although I have not checked my bank statement yet).

The staff were very polite and helpful and the majority spoke english. The Breakfast was excellent. Very close to the market and shops. We had direct access to the shopping arcade from the lobby and the prices were very reasonable. My kids really enjoyed the stay and I have no hesitation to come back to this hotel again. Peter Adam 2008-03-16 until 2008-03-19	Indra Regent Hotel, Ratchaprarop Road, Pratunam Very good Hotel. A clean and comfortable place for a reasonable price, in the center of Prathunam a shoping paradise. Everything in walking distance. Very friendly staff, will stay here again.	Perfect as usual.
