Elaine Stone 2009-10-29	Krabi Resort, Ao Nang Beach Excellent location and beautiful rooms. Perfect in every way. Outside restaurant was supposed to have had the renovation completed but they hadn t even begun. The breakfast was served in a dingy depressing room but when we saw other guests eating outside where the tables were still set up before the renovation we found out that the staff would take the breakfast outside for us. They were very helpful and accommodating. Location amazing and gardens beautiful and well kept.	We were given confirmation that we had a front row seaview room from Sawadee but when we got there they told us that we could only have second row. We were unhappy about this and the hotel said that they hadn t given confirmation to Sawadee.com When we saw the room albeit 2nd row we noticed that it was also an uninterrupted view and decided not to pursue the matter, although they were willing to move us after 2 of the 4 days we were there.
Dealia Meyer 2009-10-27	Krabi Resort, Ao Nang Beach Staff need training. Arrived Saturday, no one there able to give the keys to the safe. Will be back at work on Monday.Only 2 towels per room not enough.Wake up call 30 minutes later.No cheese available for cheese omelette. Breakfast the 3rd morning at new destination. No one was informed.	Reservation made for 3 nights. Saw 30 days later when I checked our reservations that we were only booked for 2 nights. Had to inform them.
Peter Firth 2009-09-29	Krabi Resort, Ao Nang Beach Krabi Resort is situated in the ideal location for Ao Nang beach. No problems with the accomodation or service apart from a large convention on Saturday which filled the hotel to capacity and meant no hot water on Sunday and breakfast on Sunday was a shambles.
Nicholas 2009-08-19	Krabi Resort, Ao Nang Beach We had a very plush suite with easy access to the pool. A number of aspecys of the resort seemed a little tired - the pool filters didn t seem to work, our room safe packed up, we needed the air con fixed in one of our rooms. The response from housekeeping was very good - though we would have preferred not to have asked for extra towels for our third child every day! Access to the beach and breakfast overlooking the sea were great. Ao Nang is touristy, so there are plenty of dining options nearby, but some are rather tacky.	OK, but when I wanted questions answered it had to be one at a time - you didn t deal with multi question e-mails.
Christine Margaret Coles 2009-08-10	Krabi Resort, Ao Nang Beach I found this resort to be fantastic. Loved the location and our Villa while only a deluxe had sea glimses. The bathroom is fantastic the shower is hugh. The restaurants right next door on the sea front were excellent. I was slightly dissapointed in the breakfast but it was still adaquate	This booking service is fantatic and everything ran very smoothly thanks

Paul Andreas Rasmussen 2009-07-13	Krabi Resort, Ao Nang Beach Very nice location and facilities. Excellent room and service. However, the break fast needs an upgrade. Especially since it s compulsory. This is our second stay. And we are very likely to come back.	Excellent! Absolutely recommended.
B.Willems 2009-06-17	Krabi Resort, Ao Nang Beach We stayed here for 5 nights in a beachfront bungalow with 2 children. The bungalow looks and is old. Strange smell in the room. Breakfast was not ok, also the food in the restaurant expensive and tasteless. The beach can be reached by small stairs, but is dirty. Much plastic and others things. We used this hotel to make day trips to railey beach, which is much better and other places. Only the swimming pool was ok. I would not go here again.	Very fast
VAIBHAV JAIN 2009-06-02	Krabi Resort, Ao Nang Beach It is at perfect location for those wanting to enjoy nature & use Krabi as a base to travel to nearby islands. There are plenty of shops & restaurants just outside the resort & bikes n cars are available nearby for rent as well. Resort is beautifully made with lots of open spaces and neat rooms. Food options are limited for room service; however food quality & particularly breakfast is good. Overall i give it 8 points out of 10; however since the section of the beach that is directly attached to the resort is not particularly great; one could look for cheaper options in the vicinity.	great site!! it offers you one of the best rates possible for thailand hotels and the process is smooth & totally risk & hassle free. As far as taxi booking is concerned; one will be better off negotiating at the airport directly. Thumbs up!!!
Hollie Feakes 2009-05-01	Krabi Resort, Ao Nang Beach Although this resort was a little dated, we thought it was in the best position in Ao Nang. The resort is set right on the beach with private sun lounges and just outside the gates is the start of the shopping and restaurant area. We were within easy reach to everything. The breakfast buffet was nothing to rave about but the setting was perfect with tables set up right on the water. The staff were extremely friendly. We stayed in a delux bungalow which was pretty basic but very spacious and clean. You can catch a long tail boat to lots of different islands from just outside the hotel. We loved Krabi much better than Phuket.	Excellent. No problems whatsoever.
