YEE YOI KAM 2008-06-02 until 2008-06-06	Emerald Garden Resort, Ao Nang, Nopparattara Bay this hotel is highly recommended as it is really clean and is only about 10min slow walk to Aonang town. The surrounding is full of greens and well landscaped. the staffs are always smiling and honest though they speak little English. There was an incidence where my in-law had 1 packet of thai baht placed on the chair during breakfast and had completely forgotten. The staff return to us when they found it while cleaning up.	Good except that the transport did not turn up at the airport when we arrived and had to borrow a phone to call the resort to ensure that they had arrange for it.
Zoe Cullum 2008-02-09 until 2008-02-12	Emerald Garden Resort, Ao Nang, Nopparattara Bay We had a very pleasant stay at Emerald Gardens Resort in Feb 2008. The staff were very welcoming and helpful, the rooms were very clean, equipped with stocked fridge, mosquito net and we had a very comfortable stay here. The pool area was fairly small and all sunbeds monopolised by people reserving them with towels early in the morning but we chose to spend our time down on the beach which is about a ten minute walk away. I would recommend Emerald Garden Resort, we had a very pleasant stay here.	Very efficient, helpful service. We would definitely use Sawadee.com again.
Martin 2007-04-15 until 2007-04-21	Emerald Garden Resort, Ao Nang, Nopparattara Bay I a very nice place, the beach at Ao nang is a walk about 20 mins but they do have a shuttle that takes you to another beach where there beach bar is	great service and quick reply

The room (superiour room) that we stayed in was very nice, but maybe a little bit dark. We definitely enjoyed our stay and we would definitely stay there again.	Excellent, booking was very easy. Had a few questions and received promt answers.

When searching Sawadee, I was looking for a hotel that could accomodate 5 people in one room or cottage. Emerald offered quint rooms as standard. However, the actual accomodation was a two floor cottage with two extra beds, leaving almost no floor space. The first five days we had no hot shower water, we had rats on the attic keeping us awake during the nights and there was construction work going on until 1100 pm almost every night. When asking for compensation up on check out they offered THB 525... I would not revisit Emerald Garden.
