kevin patterson 2010-01-03	Pha-Ngan Cabana Resort, Haad Chao Phao Beach We were thoroughly disappointed with The Phagnan Cabana resort. We booked in October after looking at the hotels beautiful website. The room cost us about 2000 baht a night - much more than any other accommodation we had booked previously in our 4 weeks in Thialand. However, this was to be to expected on New Years and we wrote this off as a treat. On arrival all staff were extremely rude and did not acknowledge us properly. Our room was very basic...with limited natural day light. A small room with a small bed and a tv as promised ( with 3 channels!) The minibar was a rusty fridge and the shower didn t work. I was very upset by this and whilst complaining we were laughed at by the poor mannered staff. Durimg our stay in this resort it was like a sketch from Fawlty Towers . The Manager was treated like royality and the customers were an after thought. Every night out of 5 we were kept awake/woken up by noise - possibly expected during this festive season. Nevertheless we did not expect the majority of the noise to come from the management and his hareem of friends he had invited along to take the cheaper rooms!!! The hotel was out of town and in the middle of no where. We had to pay everyday to get in to the nearest town. Overall, I would recommend that NOBODY comes to this hotel. I am extremely upset and would not want anyone to have their full moon experience tarnised like ours.	Good and fast, but hotels of this quailty should not be represented by Travelfish.
Vasiliev Boris 2009-07-24	Pha-Ngan Cabana Resort, Haad Chao Phao Beach We booked for 4 nights but only stayed for 1 as not up to expectations. Website doesn t show that no sheets are provided, or the really poor state of the decor in the rooms. Add to that the awful smell of drains outside the kids twin room, and noisy motorised contraption, waking us up early, outside our double cottage, meant one night was enough and we were happy to lose our deposit! Lovely spot though, and restaurant staff were friendly, however they should knock the rooms down and start again!
Nel 2009-01-04	Pha-Ngan Cabana Resort, Haad Chao Phao Beach Cabana Resort this was our second stay with you and your service on the rooms was not where it should be. We had to request for rooms to be cleaned and towel to be replaced and and and. The only thing that we really injoyed was the restaurant the food and service.

Morgan Falk 2007-02-15 until 2007-02-20	Pha-Ngan Cabana Resort, Haad Chao Phao Beach Really nice place, small bungalows but nice. The best restaurang, have been out for 4 weeks and we have seen some crappy restaurangs. good price. Resort just by the water...nice. men angående sawadee så har jag klagat på dom och skrivit att man inte skall boka mer är 3 dagar hos dom. efter som dom inte betalar tillbaka några pengar och skall man byta hotell så blir man av med en del av depot. hos den resort som man var bokad hos. lustigt dom har inte publiserat min klagomål på denna sida bara lovord hela tiden.	Good!
Yugen 2006-12-31 until 2007-01-05	Pha-Ngan Cabana Resort, Haad Chao Phao Beach rooms where good - staff at the hotel where excellent. Place is a little far from haad rin (full moon party) and is very succluded - more family sort of place. i would stay here again	ok
