Ann G. 2008-10-28	Ramada Plaza Menam Riverside Hotel, Riverside, Charoenkrung Road The hotel is very conveniently located with excellent transport systems to take guests anywhere in Bangkok (and beyond) quickly and comfortably. My husband and I stayed at this hotel 11 years ago, and found it the perfect place to stay for our time in Bangkok then, and that is true today too. The hotel has been improved since then, but the work in progress did not disturb us. The staff are friendly and helpful. Every request was met with promptly and cheerfully. I will stay there again anytime I am in Bangkok.	I was reccommended to use sawadee.com by a friend who has family living in Thailand. I was told it was reliable, and the services it recommended were checked and approved. We had no problems at all with our visit, hotel, and transport from the airport.
A Groom 2008-10-28	Ramada Plaza Menam Riverside Hotel, Riverside, Charoenkrung Road Very clean, quiet, with helpful and efficient staff. Everything was perfect. We had a river view from our room. It is the second time I have stayed at this hotel. I like the location, it is always cooler on the river than in the centre of town. Transport to and from the hotel is excellent by water and connections to the sky bus. Taxis are readily available too.	It is the first time I have used sawadee.com. I was told by a friend who has family members resident in Thailand that it was a reliable service, and it proved to be fast and efficient.
William Arnold 2008-10-07	Ramada Plaza Menam Riverside Hotel, Riverside, Charoenkrung Road Very nice, especially now that the construction is nearly finished. The staff is wonderful. The breakfast is very well done. We will always stay there when we are in Bangkok.	well done.

Jan, UK 2008-08-08 until 2008-08-10	Ramada Plaza Menam Riverside Hotel, Riverside, Charoenkrung Road Good location right on the river, but slightly out of the main centre requiring (free) shuttle boat which only runs every 1/2 hour. Service needs to be improved in some areas along with attention to detail if they really want to live up to their 5 star rating.	realtively easy and efficient.

The staff is so kindly and perfect. Only one comment : when we are back there ?? so soon, we hope. Garnier family

Breakfast was tastefull, but the coffee was cold. 5 stars to the hotel ?? No never. And we will not recommend this hotel to anyone. Not enough sunbeds at the pool. Room not clean enough. Ordered wine for dinner - had to wait 30 min. - the food became cold. Water running out on the floor in the bathroom when showering. Staff at breakfast seemed crossed and not interested in the guests. So next time it will be another hotel at the riverside. Thank god we had fantastic experiences in Krabi and Hua Hin. Will NOT be back !!

Everybode was very helpful and nice. Entertainment every night, that was nice. The food in the restaurants were very good and delicate. I recomend this hotel!!	Easy.
