Belinda Minshall 2009-07-09	Seawind Resort, Rayong, Mae Rumphung Not what I expected. The roof of the bungalow was corrugated iron which leaked, as did the windows so I had to wade through water to use the horrible bathroom. Mould was growing on the walls in the bathroom and I couldn t get any hot water. The blanket was so old it was stiff and the sheets were stained. The towels were worn thin and so old it was like drying yourself on sandpaper. The minimart was a shelfing unit in reception which held a few packets of chips and some sanitary towels. No food was available at the hotel apart from a disgusting breakfast of rubber eggs and bright pink sausage meat 300 metres away from the hotel down a public road in a nasty dirty dining room. The cutlery was dirty, the table mats cracked and curling. We left after one night and booked in somewhere else. The website totally misrepresented this hotel and I was very disappointed. Plus, it was in an area that was completely deserted after 7pm, no restaurants, no people, no street lighting. The TV reception was grainy and there were no English channels as I had been led to believe. I did not have a TV remote in my room. The doors fell off the wardrobes, drawers fell out and there were holes were the light switches should have been in some places. We were trapped in hell!	Very helpful before arrival. I m hoping that Sawadee will listen to my complaints and take action.
