18 Deluxe Seaview (Hotel Building): Terrace 2.00 x 4.00 m. Bathroom with shower 2.00 x 3.00 m. Bedroom 4.50 x 4.00 m. 12 King + 6 Twins.  Set in the first and second floor of hotel building, facing west with sea view and picturesque Koh Lanta's sunset. This deluxe room's amenities came with air-conditioner, safety deposit box, satellite TV, mini bar, coffee & tea maker, hot shower & hair dryer.
10 Villa Seaside: Terrace 2.00 x 4.50 m. Bathroom with Bathtub & Separate Shower 2.00 x 3.50 m. Bedroom 4.50 x 4.50 m. 6 King + 4 Twins. The Thai contemporary style decoration villa offer more beach life living. The villas were set around the swimming pool and overlooking to the beach. The full facilities added as air-conditioner, safety deposit box, satellite TV, mini bar, coffee & tea maker, hot shower, hair dryer, bath robe and slipper.
