We stayed in this hotel for 2 nights( checked out at midnight 3th night). The first impression of the guys at the desk ( it is an indian hotel maybe that is why i never saw a lady) were very friendly and helpfull. The room we were in(202) wasn t so bad.It was clean but some things needed to be fixed( doors of the closet and showerdoor)even when i guess this room was already renovated. They are still doing many works in the hotel. The 3 top floors are still under construction same as the room near the lobby ( guess this will be a room were they will serve breakfast in the future). But we never had any trouble with noice from workers. There was a filled minibar and a watercooker but haven t seen the microwave advertised on the page of sawasdee. What my gf also missed was the availability of shampoo and showersoap (because we only stayed there for 2 nights she not bring to many things from her home). The first morning we didn t had breakfast because of our early leaving for a tour but we didn t get our promised lunchpacks. The second morning we had a few missunderstandings before they delivered it to our room. You can find a list in the room with all the things you can order. Some items you need to choose out of 2 or 3.I assumed that all other things ( like toast and jam) would be always included but not.You need to order them extra to get them.Other thing was that i ordered the ricesoup with pork but the man from the desk said they had only chicken because it was an Indian hotel.I m still wondering were they got the bacon and ham they use in the omelet :-DDD. Last thing: i think it s more then 7-8 min ( guess 12-15 min normal walking) to get on Sukhumvit or BTS station. And the hotel is also a bit away hidding in the soi.Our taxi and pick-up services had some trouble to find it. Conclusion: i think it will be a nice hotel when it is completly finished.Generaly it was t a bad hotel. It was clean and quiet.Motortaxies are waiting near the hotel and foodland and you don t have to wait for a long time if you need a taxi.Because they will pass the hotel frequently.

The booking service was great but i would prefer Sawasdee would give me the option to pay all at ones without always need to write an email asking to do this and wait for new confermation.

quite a long walk from skytrain station room 404 reeked of cigarette smoke smell I booked for a non-smoking room but was assigned one similar to a smoking room at the airport, and the owner of the hotel blamed me for checking-in very late, whereby all the other rooms have been taken(I actually spoke to him by phone to explain the situation - I had the impression that he did not think much of non-smokers, especially when his hotel wall full). poor lighting outside the lift door on 4th floor.

good, but now I m wondering if they really convey the specific requests of customers to the hotels.

The hotel is very confortable, caracterized of a modern interior design with all the confort you will need. But the best we found is the service, they helped us in everithing we needed with an unforgedable pleasent way. We truly recomend it.

Very nice hotel. The staff try to do the best to please you. The breakfast served to the room fresh and tasty (recommend to order the breakfast as you wake up, because it s takes time...)

Great hotel. Very nice staff. Everything was new and clean. Nice kitchen in the superior-room. The restaurant wasn t ready during our stay, but there was a cheap supermarket next to the hotel. Location is ok - it s about 10minutes walk to the skytrain-station.

The hotel is located down soi 16, first it will be difficult to find. It is a quiet soi but it has a few excellent rest. that you should try... The rooms are excellent, big, bright and with a huge bathroom. The staff are extremely helpful and pleasant to talk with. The location makes it perfect for night activities as well as day activities since it is located next to the sky- train. I will definitely stay at this hotel again on my next visit to Bangkok.

Booking was smooth and I had no hassle at all....

One of the best places we stayed, while being in Bangkok. It s a bit difficult to find, but when you are there you would not stay elsewhere. We used the Executive One Bed Room Suite , which is a must have at affordable pricing. The Suite has 2 rooms, each room provided with a 32 flatscreen. The bedroom contains a huge kingsize, where you may easily lose your spous. The bathroom has a large bathtub which, is a good alternative for the lack of a swimming pool. Check out the extra s this place offers at either no-charge. The staff consists of outstanding persons; special recommendation is granted to Sam the nightshift from the hotel coming Nepal - No request request was an issue to him. He also showed us the Foodland Restaurant, where you can have good asian dinner for (far) less than 5 euro s ....... and that s for 2 persons! Thanks Sam for making the stay at your hotel to be a memorable one. Last but not least; if you require taxi transport to the airport, just take the one priced at THB. 550 from the hotel. It s about THB. 100-150 more than the meter-taxi, but you arrive super-relaxed at the Airport.

Swiftly, as usual.
