Michael Evans 2009-10-31	Windsor Suites Hotel Bangkok, Sukhumvit Road, Soi 20 When you book make sure you ask for a suite in the new building, as the suites in the old building are just ordinary rooms. Good service and good location.	Had no problems what so ever.

thebigmama 2009-07-04	Windsor Suites Hotel Bangkok, Sukhumvit Road, Soi 20 Hotel was adequate for the money and the length of our stay (5 days). we had an upgrade to the minister suite which gave us a lot more room. The rooms were also connecting which was great. Very easy walk to the skytrain, dont believe the others! We did it with 4 children in 10 min. Bei Otto restaurant across the street was a great change from thai food. We did not use any of the other services of the hotel (pool,gym etc). Tried to use the babysitting service, took 30 mins and 12 phone calls to tell us that it wasnt available at all. Overall average experience 3 star at best.	the best ever!! Always prompt response to queries. I have never had a problem with service.

Hotel should add hand shower with commode for muslim travelers and if they have any then ask the preference.	This booking even gave me more value for money. Thanks to Swadee. We got everything we asked for without any trouble and it made for a very relaxing few days. The breakfast buffet was amazing! The staff were so friendly and professional.	This was such an easy way to book and made it one less thing to worry about before heading off on our trip. Good system.
