The hotel`s restaurant is closed yearly during the month of November

Construction note
- Hotel`s building more rooms during 01.09.2009 - 23.12.2009 and 24.01.2010 until further notice.
The closest room to the construction site are Villa Garden, Sea view Studio and Deluxe Cottage.
The Restaurant, Swimming Pool are not affected by any noise.

Due to it`s location on a steep hill the resort is not suitable for little children or elderly people

Transfer
Transfer to and from ferry pier Koh Tao to Thipwimarn Resort is free of charge
Please advise arrival time at the pier and boat company at least 48 hours before arrvial

Child policy:
1 child under 6 years sharing the room with parents without extra bed is free of charge
Breakfast will be charged 150 Baht per day
Extra bed charge inlcudes breakfast

Thipwimarn Resort Policy
- Early check out fee is 1 night plus 15% from the total balance of the reservation.
- The deposit is strictly non-refundable.
