The staff is very friendly and helpful, except some girl receptionists are always show long face, which shall need to improve.... The breakfast is slightly above par, but limited option. The location is good, which is close to major shopping centre. I will stay in my next trip and recommend to my friend.	The good service and prompt response has made a good impression for me. I will use your service in my next trip.

Why is there not only one (1) staff member who can speak and understand a LITTLE BIT of ENGLISH? I find this very very very very FRUSTRATING. But once agian, the Ecotel in Bangkok is a good budget hotel. I liked it and I will probebly book there again when travelling to Bangkok in the future.	No comment at all! I like SAWADEE.COM a lot becauce you people do a good job! You always respond to questions and your website is very CLEAR and very EASY to go through! Thans SAWADEE.COM .
