Wan cheok weng 2009-12-11	Residence Rajtaevee, Petchburi Road The room is rather wear out and The wall of the room has water marks and cracks. you can sense heavy odour smell of canal (khlong). This is my first and last time to stay here.	Staff helpful to assist me to find another hotel.
er peng huat 2009-12-09	Residence Rajtaevee, Petchburi Road This is my second time staying at the Hotel, but with three families this time around.We like this Hotel because of its location and friendly staff. The front desk reception were very attentive and helpful. Checking in was very smooth. Rooms were clean and new for the deluxe type but its a bit pricey. We also booked the Hotel van for two days to bring us around to some attractions in Bangkok and the price was reasonable. Driver skill and service were commendable. The breakfast in the Hotel was fairly good and with choices of western and Thai cuisine. It will be perfect if they can accommodate a swimming pool in the Hotel. Overall i ll recommend this Hotel to friends and i ll definitely come back again.	very reliable and responsive.
Eugene Sikora 2009-12-08	Residence Rajtaevee, Petchburi Road With 3 young chidren and 2 adults the family suite at the Residence was just the ticket. Large enough for all of us and luggage and in the most convenient shopping area in Bangkok. The staff could not have been more pleasant and loved the kids. We would go again...and again.	Booking was simple and efficient. All the paperwork was fine. No problems.

Ying Wang 2009-09-29	Residence Rajtaevee, Petchburi Road I have to say that I was shocked after check-in at night. The family suite is horribly poor, old and dirty. Fortunately the night -shift staff felt sorry about it and offered 3 others of the same room type (with one having one lizard on the ceiling in one of the bedroom). The staff was not in the position of changing room type so we stayed at one of the family suite whose a/c works for the 1st sleepless and upset night-- a LOT of noise as a result of the outside dated a/c machines belonging to other rooms that lined up closely to my room. My 1st time to BKK was nearly ruined by the bad expression the hotel had given to me. The manager gave us 2 standard rooms without surcharge was the only relief however we didn t had the luck of the delux room which is the ONLY standard hotel room one would imagine. The location is fine, walking distance to the shopping area when you are not tired and don t want to be stuck in the traffic jam. I wish I had never been to that hotel and had experienced all that during my 1st time in the city!	quick, thanks for the work

L Marcelino 2009-09-05	Residence Rajtaevee, Petchburi Road The hotel is located in a little lane way and taxi s found it difficult to locate. Check in was easy and ran smoothly. Front desk staff welcoming and very friendly. However, I found it extremely difficult to locate information on tours, day trips and things to do and see while in Bangkok. Hotel did not provide facilities and information provided was incorrect (for e.g the closing time for a particular temple). Our room was newly refurbished. Breakfast buffet limited. Overall, the experience was average.	Great! Very helpful
Lester Gaunt 2009-08-24	Residence Rajtaevee, Petchburi Road A very central Hotel close to the Pratunam Markets, MBK and many other shopping centres. The Hotel itself is old and tired but still very clean, the staff were excellent and very friendly and the free breakfast was also very good. Overall I would stay there again as I think the Online price was pretty good.	As always Sawadee was excellent.
