Amarin Lagoon Hotel, Phitsanulok
Well positioned Hotel if you have transport, extremely busy, well run and efficient. Rooms large, clean. I personally found that all the staff especially those on the front desk were not helpful and most unwelcoming as if guests were a nuisance. The Portering staff were great.

No complaints, we travel a lot and we would have no worries booking with you again.

Amarin Lagoon Hotel, Phitsanulok
While starting to show its age a little, the Amarin Lagoon is still very good value for money. Rooms are large, staff are friendly and the buffet meals at breakfast, lunch and dinner are all very good value. We have stayed at several different places in Phitsanulok and have found the Amarin Lagoon to be the best, especially seeing we have 2 young children. They also have large grounds and a nice pool. While a short distance from the centre of town, in my opinion Amarin Lagoon is the best option in Phitsanulok.

As ever efficient.

Nice hotel that has seen better days. Nice lobby and nice breakfast buffet. Once outside of the hotel, lets say the pool area, dont expect any service whatsoever.. Find your own towel somewhere in the fitness center, dont expect to get anything by the pool, like a coke or some food. The staff is shy of the nice weather outside. Booking on Res24asia was great as usual.

Res24asia was quick with confirmation, voucher etc... I had all i needed to check in within 1 business day. I would recommend RES24ASIA.COM to anyone for bookings anywhere in Thailand.

Amarin Lagoon Hotel, Phitsanulok
It was a nice hotel but it needs new carpet on the stairs. The room was nice and everything worked like it should. I had a rent car so I could leave the hotel. It rather far from the night bazar but it has a great pool when the weather is warmer. I enjoyed the breakfast. The staff was very helpful and the free city map was great with a lot of information. I would stay again.

everything went great service was great.

Amarin Lagoon Hotel, Phitsanulok
I stayed in one of the suites. This is probably one of the best properties in Phitsanulok city. The other good ones are at Sappraiwan and the Golf Resort, but these are a bit far from the town. Amarin Lagoon has a lovely ambience. The food is good and the Thai massage at the spa is also worth trying out. Room service is quite good too. The only difficulty perhaps is that the front office people don t understand much English. I had a lovely stay here. They also have a very convenient taxi service to anywhere in town. I will definitely stay here again when I am at Phitsanulok.

Amarin Lagoon Hotel, Phitsanulok
This is a group tour hotel for all practical purposes. Buses roll up between 4PM and 7PM and tourists get off. The rooms are big but certainly need some renovation ... my room had satellite TV but the other room we had did not. Basically I do not believe the General Manager inspects his / her hotel because the staff was lacking in hospitality skills, the gym attendants were watching TV, the back of house area that one sees going down the first floor corridor was dirty. The dinner and breakfast buffet had a lot of food but not a lot to eat. If you re looking for an individual experience this is not the place. Keep checking for other hotels in Phitsanulok. I choose it because of the Amarin name in Bangkok ... this hotel did not exceed expectations. The GM has to get out and see his staff and hotel. But the bright spot was the Front Office Manager who was courtious and had just moved over from another hotel in town.

Overall the hotel was fine. Don t expect true 4-star performance from a hotel charging less than THB 1,500 for a single room. That would not be fair. Rooms are large and clean. The service is friendly. Breakfast could be better. The pool is nice. There is no Internet in the rooms :( . Fitness room better than expected! All-in-all, better than my expectation and quite enjoyable.

Uncomplicated online booking service. Good! I suggest you create a better voucher format, e.g., in form of a pdf file.
