Baan Kangmung, Hua Hin Beach, Takiab Rd. Generally, the beachfront and the sandy beach save the holidays. Room are pretty small and close to each other. Also next to a famous seafood restaurant, Madam Green |
Very Good |

Baan Kangmung, Hua Hin Beach, Takiab Rd. It s a lovely holiday that I ve spend with my beloved one, a little resort with no big shopping malls but yet u can spend the whole time soaking under the sun, strolling down the beach, have a wonderful dinner and enjoy the sea breeze. I would want to go back in future, it s a holiday which is so different. Good place to laid back :) |

Baan Kangmung, Hua Hin Beach, Takiab Rd. The hotel is situated in Takiab Beach, six kilometers from Hua Hin Centrum. We stayed seven nights in a One Bedroom beach in front room, with a unique view over the sea.The Rooms are small, but it was incredibly clean and the staff was always very friendly and helpful. The hotel is located in a local area with a fish restaurant as nabour.Very peaceful and quiet For several days we were the only Europeans on the hotel. The other guests were Thai People. The hotel can definitely be recommend, especially because of its location. We hope to return. Remember mosquito repellent. With Best Regards Karin Kjærgaard |

Baan Kangmung, Hua Hin Beach, Takiab Rd. What a treasure this little place is. The location on the main road to Kao Takiab is ideal, if you don t want to be too close to the big resorts and the area feels very Thai. The room we had (deluxe) was big, painted white with a beautiful teak floor and had a king-size, four-poster bed slap bang in the middle with really romantic mosquito net curtains. TV with BBC 24hrs, cheap mini bar, good breakfast, lovely staff and just a few yards to the beach. OK,as others have said, the tide does come right in but the views along the beach are spectacular and its only a short trek up the beach to beach beds, umberellas snackbars etc. I would come back here any time. |

mycket bra. |

Baan Kangmung, Hua Hin Beach, Takiab Rd. Everything looks so fine to me except...the parking lot because it s too far away from the hotel ang they had no one to carried my luggage. It too far away in my feeling. The parquet really annoyed me because when someone step on the floor they would make a loud noise and they couldn t elusory this situation as well. The sea was so nice but i don t like the ghat because you might slip down on the rock easily. They had no stairway for you. |
Great seviced |

Baan Kangmung, Hua Hin Beach, Takiab Rd. Nice B&B. The rooms were nice and the staff very friendly and accommodating. The beach...not so much. The sea is nice to have next to your room, but be careful of trash and dead jellyfish floating in the water. |

Baan Kangmung, Hua Hin Beach, Takiab Rd. This is a lovely boutiquey hotel. The rooms are very nicely decorated and there s a great breakfasting and chilling out area with a bar and small cafe service. The breakfast was included and pretty good, and certainly large (though the sausages and bacon are obviously Thai-style Frankfurters and ham stuff). The resort is on the main beach road and it took only about 1 minute to walk down a side lane to get to the beach, though I think some of the pricier rooms are actually beachfront. Unfortunately the resort is a LONG way out of town, and it costs 150 baht every time you take a tuktuk/songthaew to the centre of town which rapidly mounts up. The beach was also very narrow at this end during middle/high tide which meant that a walk along the beach was impossible for most of the day as just 100 meters or so north of the resort the sea was deep up against a concrete sea wall. I tried to cut back to the road for a few 100 meters to get past this deep part but found no convenient way to get back to the beach. But when the tide was out it was lovely, a wide expanse of very quiet beach. No deckchairs/sunloungers/shade available on the beach at this end though so it s best early in the morning or in the later afternoon. |
The deluxe room I initially requested was not available and rather than suggesting I downsize to a slightly smaller and cheaper superior room in the same hotel the email suggested I stay in an entirely different resort. In fact, there were superior rooms available (I only knew this because I d called the hotel to enquire about rooms before I made the booking) and I d rather that you suggested other rooms in the same hotel rather than rooms in an entirely different hotel I know nothing about. |

Baan Kangmung, Hua Hin Beach, Takiab Rd. Baan Kangmung was situated in a rather disappointing area in Hua Hin, it was by the road and for you to get to the beach you have to walk a few meters more. We got a deluxe room and were expecting for it to be the beach but the only rooms beachfront were the one bedroom and the two bedroom which were separated from the main bed and breakfast. The place had a very short shore line that you can never even sun bathe. I was expecting a lot more coming from a vacation from Panglao Island in Bohol Philippines, the beaches there were incomparable to Hua Hin. Anyway... after a few walks we ve discovered that you can do a 15 minute walk from Bang Kangmung to Khao Takiab beach after the mountain. There the shore was much wider and more peaceful. Aside from the location issues we had no problems in Bang Kangmung. The staff were very friendly, the rooms and bathrooms were clean, the bed was a bit hard than the usual but nonetheless good, and the whole place had a homey feel to it. It was like going to your summer beach house and not checking in at an establishment. They provide free internet wi-fi which came in handy in discovering the area (by the way expect that most people don t speak English so getting around the are was easier thanks to online guides). There are some mosquito issues which can be solved by the cloth screen around the bed (which I particularly love - made the room more romantic) and some mosquito coil. I will definitely recommend Bang Kangmung to people who are planning of staying in Hua Hin who are on a budget but still wants good service and very friendly staff. |
It was smooth as silk. No problems were encountered everything was processed as soon as possible and at the hotel there were no problems/issues. I definitely recommend Sawadee and will avail their services again next time I visit Thailand. |

Baan Kangmung, Hua Hin Beach, Takiab Rd. I stayed only one night with my family at Baan Kangmung. It s very impressive place compared with the price.Though the room size isn t big and the scenery outside may not attractive, the owner can supplement the weak point with the king-sized bed with romantic net and the large bathroom. The beach is also only 50 metres walked if you don t stay at the beach front area. One thing that I want to recommend is to put on the pillow case instead of the naked pillow which make it look cleaner. |
Quick response and good service with the most attractive proposal. |
