Foresta Resort, Pranburi Area, Pak Nam Pran Generally the hotel & facility condition is very good. Staffs are friendly & helpful. There are 2 things I didn t like during the stay. 1. I use the hotel special promotion which includes 1 free minibar set. However, I was not informed that the free minibar is only a subset of the complete minibar list (about 3 out of 10 items). So I was charged for those items though I informed them that no oral or written notice was given to me. 2. Toiletary items are not refilled during 3 nights of stay, which is a little disturbing. |
