Samui Island Beach Resort & Hotel, Chaweng Beach This was the most expensive hotel we stayed at on the island so we thought it would be the most enjoyable experience however it turned out to be the worst. I admit the room was very clean on the first day however on our arrival we had to request soap as it hadn t been provided. the aircon kept us up all night making a terribly loud noise. the cleaners didn t change our bed sheets and all the pillow cases had dirty stains them from previous guests. we had to call house keeping to request they actually change our bed sheets instead of just making the bed. They never cleaned the bathroom properly or replaced the coffee cups that had been used. The staff there were very unfriendly which was disappointing as it made us feel very unwelcomed. Every morning when we went for breakfast the girl who cooked the eggs, pancakes etc would never smile and all the staff would stand around and stare at us so it made us feel very uncomfortable. The reception staff were the worst of the lot. There was a brother and sister who worked there who were very arrogant to us and other guests. Overall we were not at all happy with our stay at Samuii Island Hotel. I felt as though we waisted our money and i strongly feel that if they are not happy working there then they really should give their job to the Thai people who i m sure would be more than grateful to have their job. I would never stay at Samuii Island Hotel again and i have already told many people in Austalia about my experience. |

Samui Island Beach Resort & Hotel, Chaweng Beach I cannot recommend this hotel enough, it is a beautiful, quaint, FRIENDLY, location for any holiday maker or traveller to stay in whilst in the north end of chaweng beach, Koh Samui. The location was perfect, right on the beach with easy access to the local strip of shops, market stalls, clubs and bars. We stayed in a garden view bungalow on a b&b basis, which was basic in western terms, but was spotlessly clean, with air con, mini-bar and daily housekeeping service. The location felt extremly safe, with very friendly and hospitable staff and local people. We will definitely be back soon!!!! |

Samui Island Beach Resort & Hotel, Chaweng Beach This hotel was our accomodation for a 3 night stay in Chaweng, Koh Samui. We stayed in a standard garden view bungalow on a b&b basis. The room was basic by western standards, but did have air-con, mini-bar, daily housekeeping service, and very very friendly and polite staff. The location was fantastic, right on the beach with easy access on foot to the local strip of shops, markets, bars and restraunts. We will be back!!! |

Samui Island Beach Resort & Hotel, Chaweng Beach I really recomend this hotel! Me and my daughter had a pleasent stay at this hotel! The staff is very nice and helpful. The hotel is very familier, you feel very welcome. We stayed for one week, and we ll come back. We stayed in a standard bungalow, very clean and tidy. We stayed one night in a deluxe bungalow ! Very very nice!! The hotel building is new. The pool was perfect, clean and nice. The restaurant and the thai-food is the best we had in our stay in Thailand ! |
Working Perfect! I ve used it before, and I ll will use it again ! |

Samui Island Beach Resort & Hotel, Chaweng Beach Staff is very nice, Pool is clean, beach is not the best. We had a Superior Bungalow and it was OK.It was cleaned every day but I recommend to bring a baldachin if you want to sleep safe .Breakfest was OK. Summarizing, this resort is OK and located in the north of Chaweng so it s not so noisy but takes a time to go to the party zone . |

Samui Island Beach Resort & Hotel, Chaweng Beach We had a pleasent stay at Samui Island Beach & Resort, the staff was very serviceminded and helpfull at all time, the room at hotel were exellent, the balkong was a nice place to enjoy the evening, to get to the beach it was some minutes to go, just enough to do the daily exercise. The location is quiet and relaxing. |

Samui Island Beach Resort & Hotel, Chaweng Beach Hotel was very quiet, mostly because it is was back behind several others and it was hard to get to. Coming back from town at night you have to walk down a very dark and deserted ally to get to hotel. I had to change rooms because air conditioner not working. A/C quit working in the next room after 3 days. I was not happy with my accomodations also because a family of tree frogs lived by my door and they kept me awake at night. They were very loud. I had to leave a day early and they would not refund for the day I did not use, and made me pay 3oo baht for a ride back to the airport. I will not stay at Samui Island Resort again. The pool was not very clean, and during the day, the tide was out and it was several hundred yards to the waters edge. The food in the restaraunt was very expensive and not that good. All in all, I did not enjoy Samui Island Beach Resort & Hotel and I would not recommend to anyone. |

Samui Island Beach Resort & Hotel, Chaweng Beach Very nice accomodation for this price. Is is really not far into the beach. It was not more than 1 minute to get there from out bungalow. Location is in the north of Cheweng therefore it is ideal for people which are looking for quiet place. In next trip we will select some other accomodation close to main Cheweng beach life where all beach estaurants, ski and surf rentals and bars are located. Hotel should improve their breakfast offer where no cheese or smoked-meat products was available (except sausages). |

Samui Island Beach Resort & Hotel, Chaweng Beach We had a very pleasant stay at Samui Island Resort. The staff were very polite and friendly and the resort was well kept. We stayed in the hotel part of the resort for 2 nights and then a bungalow for the remaining night. (Neither of these were the rooms we had booked but both were good.) The hotel room was lovely, the bungalow was basic but clean. We took our 3 year old with us who loved the pool but we did find the surface area round the edge of the pool a bit rough - watch out! The view from the pool and restaurant out across the bay was beautiful. A peaceful spot on a busy island! |
Straight forward and efficient. |
