Tan TK 2009-12-02	Centara Karon Resort, Karon Beach Hotel location is good, though a bit far from the beach. Gym is well-equipped. There is only 1 point of beach towel collection when there are 3 swimming pools! Hotel needs to improve on this, because it is a turn-off. Music from the nearby bars can be really loud, and late into the night.
Olga Tulskaya 2009-11-23	Centara Karon Resort, Karon Beach Hotel have good view but the reception and in room dinning were very very bad they hardly speak English so you never get what you asked for.. hotel staff only smile at you but they wont give you any service. Main issue also is breakfast everyday is the same thing always eggs and eggs only one kind of cheese (cheddar)so the breakfast is very very boring and not creative at all. * Water is always yellow deep rust yellow. Gym is very poor just 2 machines and a trade mil. Water in room bar is 5 times more expensive(110 Baht) than outside which is not reasonable.
Sara Bratuschek 2009-08-04	Centara Karon Resort, Karon Beach It s localled in the outside of Karon. Lovely place! Like a djungle! We stayed in the section: Tropicale, in premium room at first floor. Just to step out in a big clean pool. Free coffe, tee, pastries during the days and pre-dinner you get free drinks if you stay in the Tropicale section! The room was ok. Expected a little bigger room but it s ok if you just have the room to sleep in. No DVD and no free internet in this room wich I think they can include in this part of area. Never met so friendly and nice staff at any hotel in Thailand, and I ve stayed in a lot! Wonderful place! Great breakfast búffe! About 10minutes walk to the beach but it s worth, nice and clean beach. Absolutely recommend this hotel for single, pairs, familys! Thank You for a great stay! We ll be back!	Great as allways! Beiwen Gu 2009-07-25	Centara Karon Resort, Karon Beach was a terrible mistake to choose karon beach and this hotel. karon beach is too dirty and this hotel is so crappy although it seems to be very classic and highend at the first sight. but the room we stayed just awful, first day we saw a cockroach in our room and the noise from downstairs timber factory was terrible. the next day we changed to another room, but still small bugs crawling everywhere if you look carefully and i found a spider in my bed at the last day!! the toilet was always dirty yellowish. the cleaning lady make up our room was trying to steal our snacks. and yes they have 3 pools in the hotel, but every time i want to have a clean towel i have to walk at least 5 mins to this place near one pool. very bad arrangement! p.s. i stayed at terrace ocean view room , maybe others will be better.	quick

The Pools are great and breakfast very enjoyable beside the lagune pool. The Spa treatment was relaxing and comforting. The location is very convenient	No problems and very quick response
Else Irene Meling 2009-02-05	Centara Karon Resort Phuket, Karon Beach We had a wondelful time at the Centara! We stayed at the Lagoon building. Our room was big and nice, with lots of space for 2 adults and 1 child. Excellent roomservice! The breakfast was very good, with lots of different dishes to choose from. The pool and pool area was great. You can also use the other two pools in the hotelarea if you wish. The beach is only a few minutes away, but we preferred the pool. We ate lunch at the pool resturant almost every day, they had great food. Very friendly staff with great service. The managment is swedish, very good for us scandinavians :) Highly recommended hotel!	No problems what so ever! Nice and smooth. We also ordered pick-up at the airport, and the driver waited over 2 hours for us because our flight was so late...great service!

Room was cleaned and very presentable each day after cleaning.. The room I stayed in the water had rust/dirt coming out of the tap for the bathroom sink... the shower head could have been a much better spray... the spray was way to hard....	Booking service was great.... handled all of my requests in a professional and courteous manner.... very helpful with my requests....
Aeron Graham Jenkins 2008-06-20 until 2008-06-28	Centara Karon Resort Phuket, Karon Beach We have just returned from eight nights at this centrally located hotel and cannot praise it enough. From arrival to departure, we found staff to be pleasant and helpful. Our room, a Tropical Deluxe, was big, clean and easily accommodated a young family of four. Housekeeping was excellent as was the service at the nearby Tropix Lounge both morning and night. Breakfasts were enjoyable and varied. As for our young ones, they were hardly out of the pools and, if they were, could be found at the Just 4 Kids clubhouse that kept them entertained during the odd shower. It s only a short walk to the beach, restaurants and the more restrained Karon nightlife. A breath of fresh air from Patong. We aim to be back - and soon.	A friend recommended the service; I was not disappointed. Fast and efficient with no problems checking in. Will definitely use again.
Dr Michael Anderson 2008-06-13 until 2008-06-26	Centara Karon Resort Phuket, Karon Beach Believe this Hotel gave typically Thai value for money. Rooms are spacious and beds comfortable. We had only breakfast at the Hotel and this was good. Hotel is conveniently located in central Karon. The only complaint / negativity was the excessive noise (4.00 - 6.00 p.m. ish)from the swimming pool area near to our rooms. (We were there as a party of 9 people from England and Perth Aus.) We complained 3 or 4 times and the awful techno racket was reduced but still stayed very loud. On my penultimate day I got more than cross and came across so upset that the culprits turned their noise off!	Very good. Efficient!
The Barney family 2008-01-11 until 2008-01-17	Centara Karon Resort Phuket, Karon Beach We stayed with our two children, 6 and 8 in a superior family room in the Terraces part of the resort and had an absolutely fantastic time. The staff were very friendly and helpful and all aspects of our stay from booking in, to organising transport and departure ran extremely smoothly. Breakfast was included and was an amazing variety. The rooms were very clean, spacious and quiet. The pools and grounds were impecably maintained and the 4pm Happy Hour at the swim up bar was thoroughly enjoyed by the adults. Smorgasboard dinner at the pool side restaurant was good value with kids eating for free. Would definitely stay here again.	After some initial language misunderstandings regarding the room type, the booking service was very easy to use and presented no problems - just remember to print off the booking confirmation and take it with you to present at check-in. Makes the whole process run a lot smoother.
